Sacha Feinberg-Mngomezulu, the Stormers' star, turned Kings Park into his personal playground as the Springboks demolished Argentina 67-30. The young fly-half not only dazzled with a nine-try spree but also shattered a longstanding record with a whopping 37 points, topping Percy Montgomery's previous best by two points. With a hat-trick to boot, Feinberg-Mngomezulu was the epitome of rugby brilliance.

"That was a nice one to finish off. Our last game at home – this was a vibe. In the 76th minute when there was a break we all got to take it in. So ja, very happy," said Feinberg-Mngomezulu, reflecting on his sensational performance and the team's dominant display.

"Our aim this week was to execute the scenarios we've been training for, in the match. We just wanted to play good rugby. The way we've been training, we kinda wanted to emulate that in the game. Playing transitional scenarios, attacking them when we get the transition and I think we did well in keeping the balance of kicking and running. That’s a good score for the boys."

The victory catapults the Boks to the top of the Rugby Championship standings with 15 points, narrowly edging out the All Blacks who sit at 14 points after their recent victory over the Wallabies. With Australia at 11 points and Argentina lagging at nine, the stage is set for a thrilling finale. The Springboks and Los Pumas are set to lock horns again at Twickenham following the second Bledisloe Cup Test in Perth.

As the international season on home turf concludes with a bang, fans and pundits alike will be eagerly anticipating the next showdown. With performances like these, the Springboks have not only secured a top spot but also sent a resounding message to their rivals. Feinberg-Mngomezulu's record-setting day at Kings Park will be remembered as one of the highlights of this Rugby Championship season.
