There is one thing that stood out aboie eveything else and that is that Erasmsu is a players coach - he put the interest of the players first all the time and they respect him. Lets face facts - there is not a single coach that has not been criticized by players they coach - in the case not a single player that is or was in the Springbok team said anything negative about Erasmus,
His planning of player development is superb and his replacement policy depends on player performances - nothing else.
Yet have site members who constantly criticize Erasmus on everything that happens in SA Rugby and in the main pretends they know more about rugby than him. Erasmus has over the past 6 years made mistakes like
* selecting Fourie for the 2023 RWC squad; and
* making 10 changes to the teaam send to Argentina this year rssulting in ten chages from the team that played and beat the All Blacks in the prececding 3 weeks,
However, those mistakes did not preven tthe Springboks from winning the RWC in 2023 and winning the Rugby Championship in 2024. They also indicate that Ersmus oppose any improvement in backline play and is not not allowing playing of what they call "Traditional Springbok Rugby- whatever that means.

What Squidge said about Erasmus as coach is the issue discussed and that is what Mozart hates - especially since he hated from the word go the appointment of Erasmus as Head Coach.
I expected that such a diversion from the issue discussed in the cideo clip would happen and tried to warn about it - but it was apparently inevitable.when it ocmes to Mozart.

Dud Allende lost one WC in 2015 and almost lost the final in 2023. He has single-handedly negated our structured back play. Harrassmiss managed to lose twice to Ireland in 10 months and lucked into 3 1-point WC wins, one against a 14 man team.
