I have written about this topic a few times but I just don't know what is going on over there at the sharks. Are they obsessed with race and opt for black players of white players. Don't they know how to grow their talent pool. they have always been a team that bought in players.
They still play in that horrible stadium which looks like a bill board show ground. The rugby isn't much better.
Each player wants to show off with the ball. It is normally just a loop pass and then some tap dancing. Their defence is woeful.
Now, let's talk about their talent management. Rohan Jansen Van Rensber can't get into the team and have now leaving with immediate effect.
