How long is Gatland going to last as coach - he must be the worst coach of any international team.

He will be gone after the 6 Nations concludes. But frankly he just doesn't have the players.

Mike it has very little to do with Gatland, he has very little to work with

It’s pretty awful to watch even though Wales are my natural enemy !

It is not Gatland - Welsh rugby is the problem.

It has been very porrly mananaged over a long period.

NZ Rugby is not much better with Mark Robinson at the helm.

He needs to be sacked - Taken out back and ----.

Exactly right.

So perhaps he aut is not entirely atlands porblem - it is a management of Welsh rugby management proiblem. When gwre are prolems in finding more and better rugby players it is advisabel that there is a clinmate change is needed in Welsh Rugby.

When Erasmus took over control he got a Springbok team thatwas totally demoralized and even lost against Italy. 6 years later SA have the biggest rugby player reserve resources in the world, Some scial players find i difficult to get into the Spring boks team because there are so many resevres around,

Wielsh Rugb is in a shambles and amybe Wales should take the Springboks example in starting re-building of theirr rugby resources teh way Erasmus did in SA, The same applies to Aussie Rugby as well, Part if teh problem is that financig o rugby is a major problem for Wales and UK club rugby and tha is going to be a negatove in UK Rugby. Why siwe Irish and even scotish eamsdo not ahve similar problms? .

A recent poll showed that 47% of Welsh respondents identified soccer as their favourite sport compared to 45% for rugby. In 2019 both sports were equally favoured at 43%

BB

Exactly right. In SA 90% of SA Black population thought so of soccr in 2017 - now it si down to 60% and the biggest investor in Soccer in SA is a partner in ownership of the Bulls franchise, Things can change through positive leadership and performances by teams.
