Some thing things never change:

Arendse is the most dangerous player in rugby:

Dud Toit wasn’t a 9.5….three balls spilled:

Mostert wasn’t missing he just became Dixon…19 tackles

S KolisiFL1700
B DixonFL01900

All that said I do think the Dud Toit at lock, Dixon at flank combination looks okay. I was a bit concerned when the little wing muscled Dud Toit into touch, but his lack of physicality never became a factor.

Sacha is the most exciting new player of the last 10 years, I enjoy watching every minute he plays.

Little wing bwhaahaaa little my arse he was built like a brick shit house

PSDT was great again today - made powder puff look like the pretender he is.

Aug 10, 2024, 23:55

Powder puff being the Australian lock he was playing against?

Those Oz locks still have far more grunt than Mostert does

You left out the most important stat...the only one that actually counts...the score board...

When it comes to anyboy f his pet hates in the team - Mozart himself admitted that he does not see anything poisitive they do in matches and that is always the case.   The best loosie by  proverbial mile was Du Toit, who was captain when the Springboks most of the ime played with 13 men due to 4 yellow cards

Crazy, two years ago I was calling Willemse a superstar and mega amped at his rise.

A year ago I was saying the same about Moodie, and still very pumped to see him as the Bok first choice 13.

And now we have Sacha. This kid's agent is probably getting calls all day and the offers are probably growing exponentially after each outing. Well deserved because where have we seen a chap this young take so effortlessly to the most difficult position in test rugby? His skill level, anticipation, game management...it's like there is nothing that he's only above average at. Its just 10s all round.

And to think, he'll only enter his prime in 4 years from now...nuts!

Hey, Dave...what say you of Arendse's run-in score yesterday? You'll note, his try scoring ratio can't seem to quit.

Habana And I like to re-iterate that it's too late for Marx now, so I'd like to see Willemse take the Captain's armband. No question in my mind, he's the guy that I think will be most suited to leading potentially the best Bok attacking outfit of all time.

Arendse is awesome - that try of his was not a simple run in :)

As for Sacha he is just simply sublime - the lad glides

I remember seeing him in a shit Baby Bok side and thinking wow

I'll say it again, Sascha is potentially the greatest flyhalf ever but failing that he'll be the greatest Bok flyhalf ever. I'd like to know who his hero(s) were I wouldn't be surprised if one of them is Dan Carter.

Early days still...but all positive ATM.

Well after that first kick at the posts by Sascha I was shocked to say the least.

It was a real Jantjies/Libby kick at the posts - shocking.

But as the game progressed so did his kicking as well as his general play.

We should also bear in mind that this Australian team was inexperienced and had a poor game espically in the first half.

Not going as far as rating him the best or to be the best ever but he certianly is a far better choice than ML.

Lets see how he shapes up when he is faced with a good side such as the All Blacks.

Time will tell.

I was also impressed with Williams at scruimhalf and I hope that these two players will be the answer to a weak link in the present Bok side.

To think Willemse and Moodie can still be added to the mix.

An awesome Bok backline is developing.

Aug 12, 2024, 17:34

Class is permanent, no coach can coach class and the Bok backline is drugged with it.......speed, skill and flair....and that's prior to Tony Brown making an appearance.

Another stunning contribution by Clever Javert….French rhyming entirely intentional. Dud was the best loosie on the park by a proverbial mile, he says. The only problem Javert is Dud Toit was playing lock. Did you actually watch the game?
