eish!! these red cards are making a mockery of the game. He was stationary, and changed his direction, just got his timing wrong, not deliberate act of foul play. They also need to look at the injury to the player. Was the player concussed etc.
Just wish World Rugby would sort this nonsense out
Here's a question...
Will the person teaching Willemse to tackle safely have as much experience as Willemse in tackling people.
No no, you guys don't understand. This is definitely for the betterment of the game, banning players for contacts that barely raise an eyebrow. You know, just look how few cards we see these days after these rules. Only in every game. Sometimes only 2 or 3 a game. About once a month you may even get one that's not just purely incidental. It's definitely working.
Well if they can wreck the WC final ….they can wreck any game.
Then some on here claim WR is a professional organisation….
A bunch of A grade Ass holes that are busy destroying Rugby as we know it….

Could have been six had he not had a good record, according to the "mid-range red card threshold". Like a drug addict he apparently has to follow some intervention programme (probably tackle school) that could reduce it by another week. All strikes me as a pretty childish way to treat a professional sportsman with a virtually clean record. But then World Rugby is all about the flex.
