Get ready for a titan clash as the All Blacks gear up for their most substantial tour of South Africa in the modern rugby era. With around 80 members expected to storm the fields, this tour is nothing short of a full-blown invasion under the helm of the newly-appointed coach, Dave Rennie.

A spokesperson from NZ Rugby spilled the beans on the extensive squad, stating, "The squad size is still being finalized but will be in that region." This marks the biggest ensemble the All Blacks have ever brought together in the professional era. The spokesperson further revealed,

"Dave will be the head coach. Given the number of players, we will likely have a bigger coaching group and, in some cases, two matches per week."

Adding to the logistics, the team plans to stick together as one unit, without splitting up during their travels.

The tour is packed with action, featuring four intense Tests against the Springboks and additional matches against top local clubs. The All Blacks will be challenging the Stormers in Cape Town, Sharks in Durban, Bulls in Pretoria, and Lions in Johannesburg.

However, Rennie faces a crunch on preparation time. Still committed to his club duties in Japan with the Kobelco Kobe Steelers until early June, he's got a tight schedule to sync with his national squad. Despite these challenges, Rennie's reputation precedes him, with endorsements flowing in.

"Rennie a very good choice for All Blacks."

The 'Rugby’s Greatest Rivalry' tour promises to be a spectacle, starting off against the Stormers at the Cape Town Stadium on August 7, followed by a series of high-octane matches culminating in a final showdown with the Springboks at the M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore on September 12. This ambitious schedule underlines New Zealand's intent to dominate and adapt to the demanding South African terrains.

With the tour set to kick off with a Test against France in Christchurch on July 4, all eyes will be on how Rennie maneuvers his strategies with the mighty All Blacks. This invasion might just redefine the contours of the Rugby’s Greatest Rivalry.
