The Vodacom Bulls' roster just got a major power-up with the addition of Springbok sensation Curwin Bosch, who's inked a three-year pact to bring his formidable skills to Pretoria. The 27-year-old flyhalf, known for his sniper-like precision in tactical kicking and goal-scoring prowess, will join the Bulls come July after wrapping up his tenure with Brive in the French Pro D2 league. But Bosch isn't the only weapon the Bulls are adding to their arsenal.

The Bulls have also snagged Thaakir Abrahams, a former Sharks wing, from Munster on a two-year contract, and are welcoming back Hanro Liebenberg from the Leicester Tigers with a three-year deal. The recruitment spree didn’t stop there. The Bulls are also betting big on the youthful flair of 19-year-old Luan Giliomee, a Junior Bok standout, who dazzled during his Vodacom URC debut this season, primarily as a flyhalf.

Adding more depth, the Bulls have secured Hakeem Kunene and Mawande Mdanda from the Sharks, alongside Griquas wing Dylan Maart and Pumas centre Sango Xamlashe, who will join post-Currie Cup. The Loftus squad is clearly looking to bolster every line, as evidenced by the re-signing of several junior players stepping up to senior roles, including tighthead prop Jean Erasmus, lock Heinrich Theron, and centre Pieter van der Merwe, all on extended three-year terms.

"We have been very deliberate in our recruitment process, identifying specific areas where we felt we needed to bolster our depth and experience,"

said Bulls CEO Edgar Rathbone.

"Bringing in players of this calibre, ranging from proven match-winners to the most exciting young talent in the country, is a clear statement of our intent. We are building a squad capable of sustained success in both the URC and Europe, and we are thrilled to welcome these men to the Loftus family."

With such a blend of seasoned internationals and emerging stars, the Bulls are not just aiming to compete—they're gearing up to dominate both in the URC and on the European stage. This suite of signings signals a clear message: the Bulls mean business, and they're assembling a team that could very well become the envy of the rugby world.
