Expect 'mini-crusades' as government crumbles under Trump: analyst

Former President Donald Trump and his allies have no plans to fix anything in government, and instead, they'll make a big show out of purging enemies from the civil service while shirking any responsibility for the ill consequences.

That's according to Marc Fisher who wrote in The Washington Post,"The rapscallions of the right are salivating over the scrumptious smorgasbord of opportunities for mischief that the District of Columbia represents."

"The pirates aboard the 'Trump Revenge Tour' need not pack an overnight bag because Washington has it all: a plump platoon of public servants ready to be sacked; a sad downtown emptied out by federal workers still enjoying covid-era downtime at home; a tax-happy city government struggling to improve troubled schools, provide safe streets and build decent housing," he wrote.

Project 2025, the Heritage Foundation's plan to reshape the government for the GOP, calls for mass purges of the civil service and transformation of the federal workforce into a partisan army. Trump will do all this in spades, wrote Fisher — but don't expect him to care about what any of it does to the government or to people's daily lives.

None of that will be on the agenda, he continued, because Trump wants "credit, not responsibility."

"He will, as ever, look for showy ways to spotlight any lefty lunacies his foot soldiers find in the bloated federal workforce or in the region’s many woke institutions," he wrote. "They’ll mount mini-crusades against diversity, equity and inclusion departments, heavy-handed curriculums, and Maoist campus radicals. But actually run stuff? Make things better? Sorry, wrong channel."

And the reason is simple, he concluded: "Here on the Grievance Network, the show is about complaints, not solutions."

I ezxpected this BS  and wrote about what is expected from the lefitst media.   Denny the above is already in evidence.   when I listened for an hour to CNN this morning.    What came out are basically lies and distortions equivalent to the Russian Hoax of 2016 that was based on lies spread by the Obama WH using  the FBI and CIA for te purpose.   

In the end it cost the country hundreds and millions of fruitless expenditure caused by lie and distortions.    The same BS has statred already and this time it is even worse/  It is an all-ou attack on Musk for exposing the BS of he DP openly.    He was in Mar-el Largo when Trump received calls from Zelesnskyy and Putin and put the phone on speaker phone and Musk jined the conversaion.    

How does the media know about it if it actually happened/    The CIA ad FBI have recorded that phne call and this is another case of lies like happened in 2016.    

There are real reasn that he FBI and CIA be cleaned out from the criminals tt present running and ruining it.    The two institutions believe they have the right to run the country and any enemies are being  "eliminated " - especialy if they try to stop the real dictaotorsip sysstem used by te Biden Administration .

The above is the real type of BS  that the media will come up with over the next six weeks.   The media hate democracy and they do  realize that their fellow liars days in the Fderal Government Service  are numbered.

Great idea I thought. Place departments in Deep Red States. 

When Trump was tried in Washington DC the juries were 96 percent far left radicals. DC is one of the most far left places s in the country. So are the judges. 

Also you will be able to staff up more easily with Conservative sane people. People who know what a woman is etc. 

Incidently isn't it great to see the collapse of the lawsuit. Jack Smith is surrendering but has been told by Jim Jordan of the Judiciary Committee to preserve his records. He will be investigated and hopefully jailed. Letitia James though is talking of still going after Trump. Trump's lawyer Mike Davis promised her he would make sure her fs5vass landed in jail. He said they will not be messing around this time.

Actually it’s unbelievable, after Trump got a huge vote of approval from the voters like it or not , these left wing radicals still feel they have the right to try to sabotage his presidency.
