Is Vermeulen injured?

I noted that he was not in the Toulon team in their match yesterday.   If not injured why is he not playing? 

 Dunno, Twitter feeds suggest that he's enjoying fatherhood so much, rugby's gone on the back foot.

Would not be surprised if that is so - rugby has for him being on the back foot since he went to France - was very, very average in the games I s aw him playing in.  

Well if the passion's gone then he might as well remain in France. But maybe we're doing him an injustice & he's absolutely dead keen to wear the green & gold again. I was afraid he got offsides with the men in suits for some of his outspoken comments last year & ruled as a person non grata .
