Well in the series thus far Klaasen made 114 runs and the Mozart hated D e Kock made 154 runs with a  high strike rate.

And as exepcted Hendriks failed again.

Gosh and there I was thinking Klaasen was run out on a partner call.

H e failed to make rins and he missed an easy catch - that had all th e potential of the Proteas losing a match they should have won.  Only saved by D E Kock making  65 runs from 39 balls,

He made few rins(sic) because he was run out. I totally agree de Kock made this particular win possible. Happy now?

No I am not happy.   The fact that you wrote something positive about De Kock - a first since 2013 - is really unbelievable and unexpected from you and ws surprising beyond believe.

It was painful watching the Protea run chase this morning as first Markram followed by Klaasen, Miller, Stubbs and lastly Maharaj failed as they unnecessarily tried to hit the ball out of the park on a sticky wicket. All of them fell in an identical way. Clearly these guys lack a batting brain when a wee bit of commonsense and a smidgen of maths had the writing on the notice board to pick up the one's and two's instead.

Markram did a wonderful job as Captain. Coach Walters blundered his selections as he struggles to find a batman to consolidate the all important #3 slot.

Serial failure Hendriks as expected failed again. He is also a liability with regard to dot balling overs in the powerplay. Someone, anyone tell me why either Faf or Brevis would have done worse than Hendriks?

Simple......dot balls if you like.

But here's the thing.....of the 20 runs he made in the powerplay only one of them was a four the rest were all singles. He's a waste in the powerplay besides being totally useless.

Actually de Kock tried to hit the ball out of the park…..Klaasen tried to fend off a bouncer that  was about to take off his face.
