For last ODI against Oz. Replacing injured useless Hendricks and Ngidi is being rested I watched some YouTube footage of him, he looks pretty handy and quick. Any info on the 25 year old from Durbs?

Good pace Injury prone Devastating on his day, average on most others. Promised a lot as a schoolboy. Talent largely unfulfilled due to injury. Good kid.

Dave if he is a Durban born and bred lad he will be great.

Just allow him a period to settle in and all will be well.

By the way, how did the "SLUGFEST" go with Sharkie.

Look like he is one of the descendants of the French Mauritian Settlers that came to SA in and before the 1950's.   They were mostly involved in the Sugar industry,  The farm next to Tinley Manor is farmed by a Mr Du Pavillon.   Likely his son I think,

I cannot remember him and had a look at his stats - quote  handy batsman as well taking into  account the strike rate.    Will ask Johnny Rey about him tomorrow.

Did quite well bowling and completed 6 overs giving away only 2 1 runs for 1 wicket,

He was good on debut and there's no doubt about him having natural pace. Problem he has is that he is technically flawed. I hope its not too late to have it corrected, because if not we're going to be left wondering about what could have been a great fast bowling career.
