In view of the collapse of SA in the test series I am particularly worried about the SA Cricket team - so I am watching the Mzanzi series from now on.   The situation is that the next test series is against England played in SA.  Thereafter is the T20IWC,


I will look at the situation - especially as it relates to batting,   So far the Cape Town team has batted and Janneman  Malan made 99 not out.   


I will keep updating the evaluation of players for the info of  members.

He should have been chosen ahead of Amla for the WC. His game is probably not matured enough as yet but it would have given him some much-needed experience. It was sad to see Amla exit in the manner in which he did, like a scared rabbit in a cage. Madness!

Malan made 99 off 55 balls. The other top batsman  was  Reeza Hendriks who made 80 off 53 balls.
