That was the Urinal call......hahaha. Well it was nice to see Elgar, Amla and Philander also show some grit. Amla still looks low in confidence and narrowly survived another lbw incident early, but hopefully he progresses fom here. De Bruyn by contrast looks a total deer in the headlights. Why not play Klaasen as a bat, he did well in limited overs against the same attack.

To be quite frank I am still not impressed by either Amla nor Elgar,   They were batting at a rate below 2 runs per over and tried zilch to get runs and thus allowing the Aussie bowlers to get a grip on the game.

It's called test cricket.....the run rate wasn't a concern.

Mike, It is worth noting that apart from AB no other batsmen scored a century, it was that kind of wicket, the slow hog by Amla and Elgar laid the foundation for the Protea innings.
