Faf du Plessis out of third test against Pakistan

Du Plessis was banned for one test because of slow over rate due to the Proteas playing 4 fast bowlers in the second tests.   Fact is that both Amla and Markram are under an injury cloud as well.
There is a guy Hamza in the squad as a batsman - so if either of the two under an injury cloud may also  be out they may need to call up two extra players to ensure the full batsman combination.   Maybe one of those wuill be Van Tonder.
