Engkand cricket seems to be on a slide to nowhere,    Dave - you have an excellent opportunity to get lots of Commission and that is to get an agency going to treck and recruit promsing young white cricketers ignored by the race-obsessed SA Cricket to move to England and qualify for OK citizenship  to allow them to play cricket for England - they have no hope in getting into SA teams.at all - so take the change and go for it.
