The Kiwis have never been one of the favourites to win a CWC, I'm not saying they shouldn't be one of the favourites but I wonder if it's going to put added pressure on them.

Handling pressure is a challenge in itself, sweaty palms, a tightening chest, a few demons in the pitch, the run chase drying up and a 4 hasn't been scored in the last 4 overs.....the mind games have taken control.
