that the Kiwis might have peaked too early? They've yet to be tested on home soil....and they will be, the CWC has only just started and they've a long way to go.

The wobble against Scotland has to be a concern......they won but only just.

In all honesty the Kiwi side on paper is nowhere near as good as say the SA side. But they are at home and the Kiwi's are fighters. They have a solid side with a handful of quality players........cricket is just so tough to call.....anything can happen.

Trent Boult is a class act, can see him giving our blokes some anxious moments. He's Yorker is a pearler. I don't think there middle order is as long and as strong as ours but you'd have to say their two quicks are as good as any and Vettori is a pretty damn good spin bowler.

Yeah Boult is a class act and Southee is useful. Vettori is one of the best in the business. What amazes me stats wise is how good Tahir is in terms of strike rate........he is way, way ahead of any other spinner in ODI's. I know he is good but did not realise he was that good. Pity he could not replicate that in Tests, he needs to restriction of overs to keep him in the game....in the longer version his loose deliveries cost him big.

McCullum, Williamson and Taylor are good bats and Anderson looks to be a good find in terms of hard hitting.

Guptill blows hot and cold, mostly cold, but on his day he can be lethal.

They are a good side

We'll see how good they are when they first face England and thereafter, Oz.
