I see they've added Migael Pretorius to the squad, seems like they've realised that Beuren Hendricks is super kak.

Have you seen him in action? 

I do not watch provincial level cricket regularly.   According to the ESPN profile he is a medium fast bowler and a handy batsman as well.    He played for the Highveld Lions and has 5 50 's to his credit.

According to info he is coached in bowling by Alan Donald who regard him as a fast bowler - not the pace of Nortje - who really has exceptional pace - but still a fast bowler.  He is way above Hendricks  in the bowling performance sphere,

The man is only 25 years old and very promising. 

I think this means we will soon not see Hendriks in any  SA squad.          

The decision to play or not play Potgieter rests with Boucher and Smith and I will be most surprised if he does not play in the tests.    They must obviously be looking for younger players to replace the has-beens and never-has-beens in the set-up at present, 

By the way I am also worried about Ngidi as a bowler,   He was very poor in the IPL and not at a ll acceptable in the  T20I's against England.   Looks like the Batsmen has found him out and now use his weaknesses to score runs freely,   

Ngidi was useless at the CWC.

I agree with you 100% - but he will be in the Protea squad  as a quota selection.    Incidentally he was on contract with the Chennai Super Kings in the IPL and was so bad that the fra nchise only used him in two games where he failed.

I do not think he will go back to the IPL next year and I think the franchise will inform him accordingly,   They would rather try and get hold of  Nortje who were one of the best bowlers in the 2020 IPL.   He took out more top-rated batsmen  than any other bowler in that series and, he and Rabada took Delhi Capitals  to second on the log on the series.                      

Green did nothing much in the first test he played in - both in bowling and the first innings batting,   Fact is that other than Labuschagne  and Payne the Aussie batting was shit poor,
