Yup Looks pretty decent. Hadn't heard of him until a month ago. He has good pace, aggression and bounce. He is white though. So may have to stand in the longer queue.

As a fast bowler at 25 years old he surely doesn't have a lot of time to waste standing in a long queue. He is better than anyone outside of the current test quicks and should be part of the WC squad. I can see him playing in the IPL and then playing for another country. Unfortunately that's the normal routine re our white guys. Otis Gibson would be the perfect coach taking him to another level.

Denny

I think I am getting more and more frustrated - the moment I criticize De Kock he pops back and makes me look like a fool,

There is a series being played in SA and I now found out that De Kock is at present  -

*    is the highest run scorer in the series; and

*    is rated as the player of the tournament by a wide margin

Maybe we should criticize him more often and see whether it helps him in his game.

What De Kock does in Ram Slam or whatever they call it is irrelevant. The criticism remains. He is an underachiever, has a brain fade, does not put enough value on his wicket and is not the sharpest tool in the shed when it comes to batting. I look forward to the day when he bites down long and hard to occupy the crease.
