Given the choice between Ngidi or Paterson who would you choose and why?

Given the choice between admitting that you had no idea of the type of bowler that Paterson is or lying to cover your blushes...

which would you choose?

We already know, ne, Denise.

Hard to pick between the 2, though Ngidi is half the bowler he used to be.

At full force, i'd go with Ngidi for the extra bounce.

But at the moment, Paterson squeaks in.... but that does throw the quota issue in to the spotlight.

Chippo.......it is a serious question

So here this is what im thinking

Venue - Lords

Assuming there's cloud cover

Swing comes into play

Proteas win the toss and let Oz bat

I want a bowler who can swing the ball.....

I'll give him 3 Slips/a Third Man and a Gully/I might even give him a short leg

It's a no-brainer

Ngidi doesn't swing the ball, is not a front line bowler.

I want Paterson to bowl in the corridor of uncertainty....a good length

The pressure is on. All Paterson has to do is bowl a nagging length and line.

FFS Denise...you still don't know what type of bowler Paterson is.

My word man...I mean woman!

Neither is up to standard anymore and cocaine would not help to lift them to new heights,

Well it sure did not stop someone from taking five wickets in the first Aussie innings.

Unfortunately some young players are sure to follow up on that experiment in a hope of glory with the ball.
