Smith appointed as Director of Cricket

Smith was originally appointed temporarily to allow him to do commentary during the IPL.  His appointment on a fulltime contractual basis has now been confirmed after it became clear that playing of the IPL will most likely be cancelled this year or a shortened  tournament may be played in September/October.
