Champions Trophy squad or Test squad?

Test squad looks solid.

We have some good bowling depth now... even with Lungi and Nortje out.

I hope the new crop of batsmen (Stubbs, Rickleton, Verreyne etc...) score consistent runs.

We don't need them to average 50... as long as they are consistent with an average around 40 - 43, we'll be good.

I have high hopes for the future. I don't like making lists because inevitably some do not succeed, but i'd love to see a 2026 / 27 test lineup with:
