gutted after that pathetic performance is putting it mildly. Fortunately I missed all of the Proteas batting as wifey and I went off to see "American Sniper"

I guess I could see an implosion unfolding just by watching them bowling....

Steyn, average at best but better than the rest, Morkel...hopelessly out of sorts was all over the place and the useless Parnell...well, he was just useless. It's a pity about Philander. Tahir is a competitor. JP Duminy became progressively worse in his later overs.

Apparently coach Russell Domingo said that Parnell had the X Factor.

I'm sticking, I can't hear the fat lady singing....well not yet.

Changes have to be made, Parnell and his now Y Factor has to go ....so too Behardien.

We have no choice but to stick with Duminy as the allrounder, De Kock obviously has to drop down the order with AB partnering Amla as opener.

Riley has been tried at the top of the order and has failed several times.

American Sniper is a must see.

No way can AB open with Amla, we cant have our two best bats right at the top......AB needs to stay at 4.

Disagree on Rossouw, he made two good scores opening and is the real deal.

The side moving forward has to be:

1. Amla 2. Rossouw 3. Faf 4. AB 5. Miller 6. JP 7 de Kock 8. Philander 9. Steyn 10. Morkel 11. Tahir

I wonder how serious the Philander injury is?

If he is crocked, get de Lange out there as a replacement

2 Good scores out of how many and then went onto scoring a toon when batting lower down.

Riley is no opener, if not AB to open then Faf. Anyone but the kid.

Disagree, he has the ability to bat as an opener and looks to be more settled in the side now that he has made the two big scores.

He would be far more measured than de Kock and we get to keep the left and right combination.

I would definitely open with him
