Tottenham Hotspur will make a bid for Empoli goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario, according to Fabrizio Romano. The Italian journalist has reported on Twitter that Tottenham are very keen on signing Vicario in the summer transfer window and will now submit an official bid for €19 million for the Italian star.
Romano has added that Vicario has already agreed personal terms with Tottenham on a five-year contract. Talks between Premier League outfit Spurs and Serie A club Empoli are in the final stages now, and it does appear that it is only a matter of time before the 26-year-old makes the move to the North London team.
