What happened in reality was that Police arrested 1 600 people. So fop 8 months they charged nobody and then used a system that was totally illegal - namely to tell the imprisoned people they would remain in jail until they sign an admission of guilt form concocted by the Justice Department, Doing that it means that t he Justice Department did not need proof of evidence to find people guilty of any crime whatsoever. and in the end -

1. the Supreme Court ruled that the Justice Department acted illegally and unconstitutionally against the accused people; and\
2. * the US Government was forced to pay hundreds of millions compensation to protestors.

In any event the January 6 incident. had nothing to do with the present results of Biden's Open Border policies allowing at least 500 000 people with criminal records into the USA illegally, The Democratic Party conduct was unconstitutional - but the real motive was to get the illegals into the country- register them as voters without US citizenship proved and use them in future to win elections/
