Convicted of what?    What is happening here is that  judicial malpractice will get nowhere in court.    The charges were even framed by the WH legal team Garland will be exposed even further than he already is.    This is not the first time they will have problems in Court.   The embarrassing  effort thrown out of court to get Hunter Biden not being  investigated for previous, present and future crimes was thrown out of court after the judge found it unconstitutional - a total disregard of all basic legal norms.      

Draad when you get to the States you are going to find many of the lousy jobs are being done by immigrants from South America. These people are hard working, family oriented and mostly religious. You are a dead head as per normal.    A  Judge is supposed to decide cases according to the Constitution of the USA and apply the principles contained in the said Constitution.   In ealing  with cases in Washington DC the Constitution is never followed and the fact is that juries are made up of  "politically correct" juries.    

In the case of the January 6 cases the people arrested has been held for near to 3 years without trial and when cases comes up it is a foregone conclusion.    In t he case of Trump to get him indicted in cases in other States the Justice Department decided on the jurors and flew the specially selected jury members from Washington to where the courts where the charges were laid.   That ensured indictment - but will not be allowed to happen in  the actual court cases dealing with the political charges concocted by the WH lawyers. 

I am not worried about those court cases against Trump - in fact is political BS concocted by the WH to keep him out of the 2024 election - nothing more.

What has the case you mention to do with Trump.   The Proud Boys was set up to fight murderous attacks on ordinary people by the Antifa terrorist subsidiary of the Democratic Party - before the court cases about the 2020 riots were being compiled the Democrats dropped all the charges against murderers of 46 people and let them out of jail without charges.  That was too much for the Ohio Governor who appointed a private lawyer who laid charges against two  Democrat terrorists - whom the Jury took 20 minutes to convict of murder.    

The fact is the USA Justice Department has moved to the situation found in dictatorship where they lay political dreamed up charges against opponents and it is already becoming an election issue in the upcoming elections.     In the meantime evidence of Biden corruption is piling up and the Justice Department and FBI is in a battle to keep it out of courts by refusing to investigate what Biden did.   It really is making a farce of the present Justice system in the USA.
