A viable solution for us caught in the trap of increasing crime, looting in levies and taxes (getting worse and worse) as the economy fails year after year...it won't ever get better.
Ramaphosa's promise to end corruption and crime is false...he is a weak and useless character.
Year after year new leglislation is put in place to loot more and more, crime is out of control and for those especially in forties and fifties and those older that are retired. The cost of living is low, taxation is simple and low.
I'm considering it...it might interest some of the guys...incidentally the country is very beautiful, the mountains, the food and Georgians are friendly and likeable and yes they love rugby.
I've visited Tbilisi...very little crime and one feels absolutely free there.
