As anyone that doesnt live under a rock these days knows, Fox news and Trump are at an all time high.

I have mentoned before that it seems orchastrated. CNN and MSNBC as organisations are not stupid, neither are democrats, and it just makes it all the weirder that they'd seemingly commit career/business suicide in such obvious ways. The reporting on the Covington case, the Jussie Smollet bollocks, to name some silly examples, and the totally and outrageously bad congress people being put forward by the Dems. It's quite clear that some pretty smart peope are making awefully bad decisions and then doubling down on those bad moves with even worse ones.

The question is, why? One doesn't have to know anything about politics or the media to see how clearly bad some of these moves are. The data serves as evidence to the fact that the left and its media chums are on a downward spiral. Strangely, they're not being outwitted by the other side either. It's simply a case of them digging their own graves. And there seems to be no end in sight. Doesn't that strike you as strange?

Why are they doing this?

Unless some miracle occurs, Trump is gonna landslide the 2020 elections. If the Dems had just shut up and let him do his thing, they have had a much better chance. But they didnt, and they've blown any chance they had. And they continue to blow their chances even further, if that's even possible.

Again, why?

And why is it that only Fox news has come out of this as such a clear winner? Not sure if you guys are keeping up with the ratings but holy shit Fox are way out in front.

As a naturally cynical person, my snout is out. I'm skeptical and i don't trust whats going on right now. There appears to be an effort to galvanise as many people as is possible on one side of the fence.

What could the purpose behind this be?

Here comes tin foil hat time.

In the last 18 months, Fox news has slowy begun reporting on the UFO phenomenon. They've interviewd pilots, ex DOD officials that ran the AATIP(Advanced Aerial Threat Identification Program), showed videos submitted to AATIP taken from fighter jets that recorded UFOs, and then in the last few days they did two interesting segments again...

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tDVm9Exal2U  (Timestamp 38:22)

All good and well, right? The government has decided to sort of come clean on this subject. They could draw up a UFO reporting protocol, declare it top secret and the public would be none the wiser. Why make it public? Why allow details of AATIP to be made public, let alone allow the guy running it to give talks where he clearly states that we're being visited? This was a top secret program dealing with sensaive material. It never used to be "ok" to discuss top secret programs. Now suddenly it is. Nevermind that, but fighter pilots with top secret clearance can discuss live tasking, on international news?

The presently most popular news network(FOX) is ramping up the pace at which they are reporting on the subject at a time when they have more credibility than anyone else and there seems to be no end to the amount of information coming through official channels, directly to the public.

In summary, the official stance on UFOs in the last year or so has done a complete 180. Why?

And here is what makes me suspicious, and a tad frightened.

Carol Rosin worked under Wernher Von Braun at NASA in the seventies. Below is an interview she gave where she talks about what he told her.

• Below is an excerpt from a video interview of Carol Rosin speaking about her mentor, Dr Wernher Von Braun.
o “I met the late Dr Wernher Von Braun in early ’74, at that time Von Braun was dying of cancer, but he assured me that he would live a few more years in order to tell me about the game that was being played, that game being the effort to weaponize space, to control Earth from space and space itself.”
o “What was most interesting to me was a repetitive sentence that he said to me over and over again… that was, the strategy that was being used to educate the public and decision makers, and the scare tactics, the spin that was being put on (as justification for our advanced) weapons system… (was based upon) …how we identify an enemy.”
o “The enemy at first, (Von Braun) said, (to justify our) …space based weapons system… first the Russians are going to be considered the enemy… then terrorists would be identified… then we were going to identify third world crazies… The next enemy was asteroids… [and] against asteroids we’re going to build space based weapons.”
o “And the funniest one of all was against what he called aliens, extraterrestrials. That would be the final card. And over, and over, and over during the four years that I knew him and was giving his speeches for him, he would bring up that last card. ‘And remember Carol, the last card is the alien card. We’re going to have to build space based weapons against aliens.’ And all of it, he said, is a lie.”

Quite interesting when you consider Trump's reasonably under the radar signing of Space Policy Directive or Space Force.

All i'm saying is, don't believe it for one minute if at some point after the 2020 elections we are suddenly in grave danger from aliens that want eat your brain.

"As anyone that doesnt live under a rock these days knows, Fox news and Trump are at an all time high."
I must live under a rock then . . . because according to me Bozo's approval ratings are close to an all time low while intelligent people still consider Fox News to be Bozo propoganda without a shred of credibility.

I don't follow American politics but it seems that Trump has 2 main groups of support.
1. Corporate America. Trump taxes them less than Obama so they support him2. Red Neck America. Trump is a happy-clappy Christian so they support him.
Many people find him to be a despicable human being that is dogged by controversy. It seems many people in America despise him, and believe he is the most corrupt president America has ever seen.
However, I could be wrong, as I just can't follow this sideshow. I also struggle to trust politicians in general, so if one accuses another of something, they are probably both guilty for the same thing.

Rooi, you are the rock....I don't like the man either, but the alternative is so much worse...and I liked his Easter (Passover) message...refreshing for someone like him to take a stand.

Plum, if a clearly intelligent and educated person like Rudeneck can't get his head around the absurdity , you know that brainwashing  actually works. MK Ultra galore...WTF they bothered with SA I don't know...Rhodes connection I suppose.

It's true Peeper's intelligent people look down on Fox reporters like Sean Hannity. But what's more amazing is how often Hannity is right and the intelligent people are wrong. Fox don't have the internal news resources of CBS, NBC, ABC & ESPN....but they have adroitly made up for that with partnerships. As for Political commentary, if you are looking for naive fantasy, look no further than MSNBC.

Everyone is being played by the American media. The left has an agenda, and the right has an agenda. If you are very much for or against either, then you need to admit that you've been conned and even though you are smart enough to defend your position, with big words and clever arguments, you are not smart enough to realise that you are not able to objective.

Plum

The answer sis really simple and have nothing to do with outer space.   Since the end of the Cold War in the 1980's there was a development in the world economic sphere that resulted in the -

*   political and economic elite with the assistance of their side-arm media getting wealthier; and

*   ordinary workers and voters getting poorer and financially less well-off than they were 20 years ago.

The ordinary people became disgruntled with the political elite of Westminster and Washington who promised them a lot and did nothing to stem the tide -

*   where the major industrialist moved factories to countries with a cheaper labour force available; and

*   encouraged migration (often illegal) to get cheap labour into their own countries,

The first sign of a revolt by the ordinary people against the political elite took place in the Brecit referendum.   The elite and professional class voted to remain in the EU and the ordinary people voted for Brexit.   That was followed by the US voters,    They were so disgusted with the political elite in Washington - who signed major trade treaties that detrimentally affected local industry that in the three so-called Rust Belt States - where many factories closed down and relocated to China, Mexico and other foreign countries - ie Pennsylvania, Michigan, Ohio and Wisconsin - there were huge upsets in the results.   Pennsylvania never went to the Republic Party since 1988 and Wisconsin and Michigan never since 1992.

It was very pronounced in the states mentioned - but went wider into rural USA - where people who never voted before - voted in millions because they felt the negative economic effects as well.

Trump - as a billionaire himself - smelled the rat and decided to use it to win the election - he was more politically astute then his competitors from both the Republican and Democratic Parties,   Despite all the claims by the media and also Rooinek Trump is not an idiot - he was in fact clever and very astute in what he did.

The Brexit referendum and US election boded badly for the political and economic elite and there was a massive fightback by the elite in the form of efforts to undermine the majority of voters who rebelled against them,   All kinds of conspiracies were dreamed up and the media went along to help their real owners.

There is a problem though - Trump surprisingly implemented measures to meet with the promises he made during the election and -

*   the economic growth rate went up; and

*   the unemployment went down drastically.

That left the Democrats in a deep hole nd they are trying to get out of it,  They only have two weapons left since they cannot fight Trump on economic grounds and win, so they are continuing with their -

 *   personal attacks on Trump; and

*    preach reactionary economic policy that failed where ever it was tried in the rest of the world.

Fact is the Democratic Party is in a wilderness at present and there is no way they will be able to get out of it soon.   Foxnews major owners are not from the US and they use the opportunity to get the upper hand against the other channel stations and they are thriving on it,

In essence  there is a fightback against the elite and there are chances it will wash over to Western European countries as well.   At this stage  one of the measures used to discredit the fightback is to use opinion polls to discredit their enemies - the ordinary people - and like happened in the case of Brexit and the US elections it is NOT working either,   One would have to see what actually happens in the EU elections at the end of May - but I think the governing elite in especially the major countries are not going to be pleased with the outcome.

As I said - the answer really is simple - don't let the minority of people in a country get wealthier at the expense  of the poor majority,
