The conduct of Garland are also going to have repecussions on the Biden Administration. He is likely be impeached soon in the light of his misconduct relating to a string of issues losing repeatedly in Court cases with special reference to the following :-
* He is implicated in an instruction to the FBI to act against parents attending school board meetigs based on a letter the Chariman of the School Boards Association wrote to the WH in which he accused the attendees as "domestic white terorists" - which actualy was compiled by the WH and signed by th e Chariman aftr he was given a prime post by Biden, The Association afterwards apologized and witdrew the letter, but Garland refused to withdrew his instructions to the FBI.
* The spying of the FBI on the Catholic Church and especially those chirches where the traditional Latin service was used. - most Hispanics are membes of the Catholic Chiurch and the Garland conduct is not acceptable to them - as well as being unconstitutional
* The conduct of the FBI in illegally spying on 278 000.citizens condemened by the FIC Court
* The number of Court cases lost by the FBI and the Justice Department based on uncnstitutiutional conduct. -famus cases such as Ritterhouse is an example as well.
* The lack of control of the Attorny General over the conduct of the DA's selected by the Democrats and leasding to crime increaes in cities. ubnder Democrat control through refusal of the DA's to charge criminals with charges when arrested and setting criminals free to terrorise communities where crime control ha collapsed.
* The AG conduct in trying to undemine the Hunter Biden investigation by the Delaware DA - by a sweetheart deal concocted by the Justice Department and Hunter Biden's legal team thrown out of court and the resultant panick resulted in the Delaware DA being appointed as Special Council when Garland was under presure - as well as the continuing lack of action by the FBI and Justice Deppartment iro of the Hunter Biden laptop investigation. The laptop waqs delivered to the FBI in January 2019 and there were no progress in dxealing with anymthing - because Joe Biden is implicated,
* The holding over 500 political prisoners who are not allowed to apply for bail and after 3 years were not charged with any charges of crimes they are supposed to have committed,
The problem is that Garland is a disaster as AG and his conduct leading to failure of the Justice Department. in fighting crime in the USA and becoming politicized being more implicated in pursuing polictical atatcks on Democracy than fighting crime. .
