Since Covid I have read the news outlets from India . There is no country in the world with more reporters than them. Hats off to them.
I do not mind any news outlet - but the Guardian is much like the leftist media in the USA and those thrive on conspiracy theories and propaganda fake news. When media becomes propaganda outlets and not real news outlets they are comparable to Lord Haw Haw and Herr Goebbels and obviously Pravda in the late unlamented Soviet Union. Was it not Goebbels who operated on the principle that if people are fed lies and it nis repeated enough people will ultimately believe it is the truth.
Lets take a typical example in 2016 Clinton was colluding with the Russians - yet the Obama Whitehouse and the DNC concocted lies about collusion by Trump and those were religiously spread by the media, There is not a single member - Stav, SB and the New Zealand members that was not warned on site that it was fake propaganda news not to be believed - yet they fell for it lock stock and barrel.
I do not fall for propaganda but that is not realized by some site members and if you in any way disagree with them you are accused of spreading disinformation. For instance -
* in Ukraine the civil war started as a result of an unlawful and unconstitutional coup organized and funded by the USA;
* when it was claimed there were biolabs doing research on dangerous pathogens - everyone on site claimed it was Russian disinformation - yet in the end in Senate the Assistant Secretary of State under oath admitted there are such labs and the USA is worried the pathogens would fall in the hands of the Russians.
In the latter regard the immediate excuse was the USA are working together to close the labs left by the USSR in 1991 - but 30 years later there were zero progress in closing the old labs down - in fact a completely new lab was constructed with US money and operational funding and control is directly under the control of the USA.
It is a dangerous world we live in and there are serious problems caused by countries and all are making serious mistakes on international level. I criticize the USA because they are supposed to be the bastion of democracy in the World - yet they are in chaos and their inane conduct are causing world wide problems for all people. I do also criticize Russia for over-reaction in the Ukraine situation - both the Russians and the USA are at fault for what happened. Although Russia is not a Communist dictatorship like the USSR used to be/ - there are deficiencies in their Government putting too much power in the hands of Putin. In the USA we have a puppet President who suffer from dementia - plenty evidence of that - and the country is governed by an unelected cabal. China is a really dangerous threat to world peace - but the USA billionaires controlling the USA Government at present have huge investments in China and what comes out of the US Government is just plain BS in dealing with the problems caused by China. The amount of word salad is unbelievable. A typical example of what is going on is the sale of the strategic oil reserves of the USA to China in an obviously corrupt deal being used for the sale.
In the end I believe it necessary that people should try and determine what is published in the media should be considered objectively and with independent minds as to what is propaganda and what is real news.

That split of papers is probably accurate but in terms of readership. Right wing papers have the far greater readership.
