Rublev is at present the number 5 player in the world and amongst the  players the most popular player in world tennis at present.   Let me explain something about him that makes him exceptional and cause audiences the world over to comstantly support him - irrespective of whom he plays against.   He is respected for a variety of reasons.

Rublev as a Russian wrote on the camera lens the following:-

"No war please".    He expained afterwards that it was his own feeling about the Ukraine war he expressed.

Th players respect him both as a player - but more so as a friend and a human being.  That include Djokovic, Medvedev, Zverev, Fritz, Dimitrov, Ruud, Rune and some of the top female players as well as do many others.  So why do they admit openly  they love him    The reason goes back to him as a human being.   He advertise and live accrding to his favorite expresions in interviews.  He said amongst others -

*    The world needs to be a kinder place

*    When girls cry it means they need more love.

However - it is something else that makes him a special person.  He used to have a sponsorship with Nike comtributing to his wealth.   However, this year he developed his own clothing brand and logo.   Being as popular as a person as he is he would make millions out of sale of clothing - some of which he design himslf.   But why did he decided on having his own clothing brand.   He said he thought about it for a long time and then implement it losing the Nike sponsorsdhip.   All the money he gets from the sale of clothing bearing his logo (Rublo) and brand would go to children in need of care and that would be running into millions of dollars per year.

He truely believe the wo rld should indeed be a kinder place and he shows really what he himself means by that.

I believe one should not only look and admire his tennis performances - but even more so as a human being loving all people and setting an example of that love himself.
