An old aunt of mine, with a sense of humour, says whenever she needs to fall asleep she listens to this man...hahaha

When's I can't sleep I just count the times Denny ran for the hills.
Normally I get to about 150, and then I fall asleep laughing.
Well with Ramaphosa, if you heard one you have heard all, the same soft monologue summing up beforehand...rambling on and on about things that anybody with a quarter brain already knows, talk of action days later after the horse has bolted...the damage is already done...all talk no action. In centre of Durban there was looting on an enormous scale 2-3 hours ago with not a single cop in sight.
The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing.
I genuinely feel sorry for him, I don't think he's a bad man but it's very sad...it's a pathetic display of leadership but at the same time it's a very serious inadequacy.
I once has had a disgusting experience. It is no Secret that I was a Trustee of the Albert Luthulki Trust and was responsible forthe construction of the Albert Luthuli Center in Groutville. My role as Triuistee was professional and had nothing to do with politics.
So the center is built costing about R15 million - the money of which was raised by me from various institutions. So Mandela is coming to officially open the center at 14:00 hours on the exact day on which the WC test against France was played. So there goes my chance to watch the test - I at the time lived in a flat not more than 100 meters from the then Dolphin Pool and would normally have gone to tests in Durban.
However, the Chairman of the Trust made some remarks and asked me to stand up and accept the appreciating of the community for what I have done. But then followed the ordeal of listening to Zuma's speech before Mandela would arrive. A two and a half hour speech followed - where the remarks were made in English and then repeated by him in Zulu. If it was not so cold that day - I would have fallen asleep at that meeting within the first ten minutes. .
By the way that center is now used by the Technical College in Empangeni as their Stanger Branch.
