Over the past 30 years it became a practice that US Army Generals retire and take up jobs with Army Indutry companioes as Consultants and lobbyists. From there they became Secretaries of Defense, The process was wide open to corruption.

Take for example Austin appointed by Biden - was a General and retired to work as a lobbyist for an arms producing company. After his service as Secretary of Defense he went straight bck to ework as a lobbyist,

Trump nknew wht happened to him in his first presidency and realized how the system fed corruption on both political and bureaucratic level. He also knew that others like Austin and Perry had a dual role as Secretary of Defense and lobbying for arms urchases from companie they serve a lobbyist.

So he appointed Hegseth as Secretary of Defense. He wanted to avoid desk generals who not fighting army officers nd he picked Hegseh for the role. There was a rapid recovery on the army side and the Defense Force showed mass increaes in volunteeers and in moral in the army. discipline also improved,

Despite all the hysteria when he as apppointed and desperate fight to retain the corruption norm going frther - the Democrats would not vote for Hegseth's appointment - basically it did not serve their bank accounts, .

Hegseth is a clown. Not qualified for the job, he is Fox and Friends reality TV star.

Most of Trump's cabinet picks are clowns. Apparently Hegseth is behind the latest half of aid to Ukraine. Couple of media reports that the excuse of American military stock running low is bullshit.

There have been some poor appointments to the Secretary of Defense job on both sides of the aisle. Hegseth is another. That said once again we have complaints from the Europeans that America isn’t doing enough to support the war in their backyard…no gratitude there.

Got love the understatement, poor and then the false equivalent to the democrats.

And another round of whataboutism.

If American want's out of the conflict that's fine but I suppose it's simply too much to expect the American's to keep their word and delivery weapon's system they had already promised and approved to Ukraine.

Europe has expressed its gratitude to America on numerous occasions for its aid to Ukraine in the past, but what has Europe to be grateful to America under this administration for?. An administration who's approved zero additional aid to Ukraine, the Trump administrations cack-handed peace negotiations that favour the side that is actually attacking Europe, and to an administration that's launched a pant's on head retarded trade war that's taken focus Europe to have to have take its attention partly away from Ukraine.

No we haven’t…..the lack of moral fiber that produced the tax dodging Irish economy, is just another manifestation of Ireland’s disgraceful neutrality in WW2.

Be like that if you must…..but don’t have gall to criticize the country that bled lives to keep Europe safe, while your lot stayed home..

As for poor Secretaries of Defense…..here’s the consensus worst and a member of the 10 worst cabinet members of all time club:

’McNamara was a really smart guy who made some really stupid mistakes. Tapped to be Defense Secretary while president of the Ford Motor Co., he was at President Kennedy's side during the Cuban Missile Crisis. He also directed the increasing deployment of U.S. forces to Vietnam, even as he began to harbor doubts about the efficacy of the endeavor. Over the past two decades, McNamara has admitted lying to Congress about the justification for U.S. involvement in the war, and acknowledged that his errant judgment was partly responsible for nearly 60,000 American lives’.

…..

And yes he was a Democrat.

Did Irish Catholics fight in WWII?

Irishmen, both Catholic and Protestant, served in the British forces, many in three specially raised divisions, while others served in the armies of the British dominions and the United States. Over 200,000 men from Ireland fought in the war, in several theatres.

You can always tell when Moz is angry. He hates it when America gets called out by non Americans and especially hates it when the criticism is true and doesn't have a foot to stand on, so we get this hilarious whataboutism in a desperate hope to take the tread off topic.

Gall lol.

Look it's not Ireland fault your beloved US elected a conman who's appointed imbeciles to high office.

The United States sided with Russia twice at the United Nations as they sought to avoid any condemnation of Moscow's invasion for its neighbor three years ago. Washington and Russia aligned first at a morning vote at the General Assembly and again at an afternoon vote of the Security Council

Actually the important difference is Hegseth hasn’t started a war yet. And I’m betting if you used that turn of phrase you’d say ‘you have the gaul’ just as you always say ‘your’ instead of ‘you’re’.

It appears education in Ireland remains mostly about whatsawokism and not about your former master’s language

After Anger is crushed, right on queue (sic) in comes Hysteria and does the lamentation of the women bit. She is so shrill.

There be the difference, Hegseth was never smart to begin with.

How do you know that - or is it based on The Guardian or real shit made up in your prejudiced mind about the issue,

Everything I wrote abut te Bden Cabinet is factual and the detruction of US armed forces was vey real - over which Austin was supposed to controlled = the navy stagnated abd mist fo th fighter hets wer inoperable - while the NATO countries refused tio replace their aging F16's with the enw Fighter jets produced by Boeing because they were extrenely probleamtic wih plabnes already crashing, After 6 months wir Trump as President the UK has already ordered bombers poroduced by the USA.

Austin was in charge when the USA fled in the middle o the night from A fghanistan leaving billions in armamnets behind - it was a national disgrace for the US,

Th fact is there is another angle, Under Biden 1 100 000 DI appointments wer made that never attended work as they were working from homes doing in normal terms fuck-all at all, Insofar as recruiting of soldiers there was a quota system inroduced to cater for inner city-Blacks homosexuals. transversites and woman introduced by the Austin Administration with the result that recruiting targets could not be met. Within two monhs under Trump the target were above needs. Fact is using politcs in any army is crazy.

In an audit of the books of the USDF rgw auditers found an amazing amount of $250 billion - out of a $840 budget where the Department could not present any proof on what the money was spent on. Part of which vanished in a corruption mess that existed under the A ustin Administration. Some of the 32 enerals with offices in the Pentagon were fired - others resign hoping tey will not end up in jail for bribery and corruption - Milley was one f those,

Listening to evidence provided in the S enate and House b Cabinert members are going to land them in jail for lyng under oath to Congress, One Admiral has already been found guilty of being taking whatever is obvious bribes to act as a lobbyist in the Capitol for a company - a situation where retired generals and admirals are used to bribe and pursuade Congress members to approve proposaed expenditure without regard to quality rovided, Anther list will follow over the next six months, Milley is high u[ on that list and has been "pardoned" by Biden or whosoever used the autopen to cover up misdeeds and blame Biden - that can never go to jail because of brain-malfunctioning for the deeds they are guilty of.

You are besta dcvised to watch evidence gove under oath and proven to be false and lies by US Cabinet memebrs and see wwhy so many of Biden cabinet members will be going to jail.for lying under oathyp Conhres and onme p[rome cmdiate will be the Ex-Director of the FBI whose main function was to protect criminals looting money from the US Federal Government a qwll s lying under ath to Congress and promoting media censorship by lying to Zickerman and co - he apologized for the fake news spreading by Facebook

Whre I do agree with you is that US Foreign Trade is the cause of US financial troubless, It was a contributing factor - but a major component was mismanagement of the USA Budgets by both politicans and bureaucrats thtat led to a need to borrow $1 Trillion every 100 daysa to fund wasted expenditure. If that went on the US loasns would soon be double the USA GDP - which would mean effective bankruptsy of the country.

It is great quote to make. In this movie, the main character suffers from a childhood trauma and the story is about growing up and discovering who he is. The quotation comes from a moment of his life when he trained and indoctrinated by other people. It does not reflect what the character is.

Later on, what the character is and wants is revealed: revenge, there is nothing more he wants than revenge.

It is an irony to quote from a movie whose main character is driven by a thirst of revenge when knowing that the liberals live in fear of a great payback, a shift of power that would let them be treated as they have treated others. Fear that is one big force among others that will lead them to kill hundreds of millions people.

Incorrect and known as such. The ruckus given by liberals is funny... Too much fun going on at the moment... Liberal countries are imploding, they have been exposed big time... It is fun to watch. It is superb. Trump is a funny person, even by liberal standards... Seen lately he is now advocating to rename sport teams after indian people... How could this not be fun?
