I am not even going to try and type out the whole issue again. You referred to the Harmon appointment, which was announced at the Senate Hearing in September dealing with arms delivery to Ukraine. Your reference as to the Lithuanian made in April had nothing to do with it. You can find the hearing evidence by googling Senate Hearings - provision of arms to Ukraine - that was in September 2022. It was at that stage that it was revealed that only 30% of the armaments provided by the USA reached the fighting army. It was based on video evidence of three Ukraine Generals to that effect and when questioned under oath the Defense Force Officer answering the questions in the Senate revealed it and said Harmon was sent to Ukraine for that reason. Hope the three complaining Ukraine Generals are still alive - the Ukraine Government Mafia would try to kill them. In any event Harmon's posting to Ukraine was revealed at the said Senate Committee meeting.
The fact that arms to the value of just over $9 billion was delivered to Ukraine and that $30 billion of the $40 billion was spent came out during October and at the time a number of House members on the Appropriation Committee and came out in the heart of the midterm election campaign. It could have hurt Democratic candidates and some of them said they are going to stop some Biden malpractices like for instance the open border policy and the deterioration of law and order in the USA. Some Democrat candidates promised that they will call for a comprehensive audits of amongst others the spending of the $30 billion - but Democrats are famous for making election promises they never intended to keep. Despite some jubilation on the part of site members - the Democrats lost control of the House and the House will direct that the audit to be undertaken by independent auditors. Since the majority loss the Democrats who promised the audit in the first place may support the measure.
I think that there may be an explanation for the discrepancy between the $30 billion purchased and $9 billion delivered, The arms provided to Ukraine are all second hand arms collected from Army bases and the $9+blllion may be the residual value of the arms delivery. Some of the arms were as old as 30 years. The replacement arms could cost $30 billion plus. However, the Arms Industry is famous for charging at least 33% more for weapons than the actual price should be and that caters for kickbacks to certain politicians and army staff. If there ws indeed a kickback system in place a detailed audit would reveal kick-back payments as well.
I would not be surprised if politicians like Biden, Pelosi and Schiff did get kickbacks from Ukraine. There are indeed a huge paper trail of kickbacks to those three - the Hunter Biden laptop is one element which the FBI tried to bury by claiming that it was Russian disinformation - a very real lie exposed by Musk and by FBI whistleblowers - and the operation by Pelosi's son Paul in gas exploration in Ukraine. For that purpose a company owned by Pelosi's son and his Russian Partner was registered in California - but the registration was cancelled in 2009 and they promptly changed the registration to Singapore. It started work in Ukraine in 2014 and Pelosi in a video praised the work done by the company. Based on that video an allocation of $25 million was made to the Paul Pelosi company from the $1 billion US aid package that year and the money was transferred to the Singapore bank account of Paul Pelosi's company and vanished into thin air. The Pelosi and Russian Partner company in Ukraine was toned down to near to nothing after the payment. Schiff on the other hand had close ties to a Ukrainian arms manufacturer by the name of Stepanek. Stepanek paid Schiff's re-election costs as from 2016 and was the recipient of a huge chunk of military aid to Ukraine in 2017 and 2018. For kickback purposes Stepanek registered a subsidiary company in the USA on the board of which two of Schiff employees serve as Director. When Trump found out about the Schiff operations and the operations of other US politicians on all foreign aid to countries - he stopped the transfer of money to Ukraine and some other corrupt countries and in the case of Ukraine instructed the army to by military equipment in the USA and send equipment and not cash to Ukraine. It hurts the Ukraine and USA corrupt activities attached to the age package badly and it was the reason Pelosi and Schiff led the impeachment initiative against Trump. However, there is a paper trail on the above two issues and the latest aid package of $1 billion in cash t Ukraine would also come into the picture. Three days after the House approved the $1 billion Ukraine and Schiff arrived in Ukraine to do what?
By the way there was another angle to the Ukraine story. When Putin claimed there were bio-labs in Ukraine operated and funded by the USA - the first reaction from the Whitehouse claimed it was Russian Disinformation. There was however some truth in the Putin claim and when Senator Rubin asked the Deputy Secretary of State about the bio-labs she said under oath there were indeed bio-labs in Ukraine but their research was on harmless items. However, in the very next sentence she said that they are worried about the pathogens falling into Russian hands. If the research was harmless why the worry about it falling into Russian Hands. The next excuse was that the USA was helping Ukraine to close down the USSR era bio-labs - hence their involvement in the labs. That obvious BS was repeated by you on site. The USSR fell apart more than 30 years ago and to this day the bio-labs are funded with operational control firmly in the hands of the USA Government.
Anybody believing that the actions of the USA Government is all above board and honorable needs to see a shrink. Corruption in the USA Government and political scenario is deeply rooted.
