Was hoping to catch the launch but didn't.

Can't wait for when they go back for a landing next year. It's about time!

So dang envious of people that get to go to the launches and watch them live.

Bastards should be launching over the Gulf of America….then I’d go. The drive across Florida is boring.

I watched it. The rocket going up was nice but that was about it. Followed by potato quality footage looking back at earth and a boring computer visualization of the rocket/craft. There was much better immediate footage from the SpaceX launches. Even today the live stream is a complete nothing burger.

Looking forward though to what we'll see once it starts orbiting the moon. It better trump anything we've ever seen otherwise I barely see the point of all this. They plan a landing in '28, by the way, not next year.

I thought it was October 27.

Yeah, the Space X launches are epic. And they show literally the entire thing on a good stream start to finish.

They are going up in '27 but I think it's for more testing or whatnot. Yeah the launch was cool, I watched the Challenger explode as a kid so always a bit on edge during these things.

Meant to say Space X launches.

So much for the conspiracy that we couldn't go back to the moon because of the Van Allen radiation belt.

That was a mainstay of moon landing hoax conspiracy haha

Well this could all be AI, as so many people in the live comments last night would have you believe. Some didn't even click that the clear computer simulation of the craft, indicated by the text VISUALIZATION on the screen, was meant to be just that - a visualization, not an attempt to pass it off as actual footage.

People are a bit bored out there. Almost like we'll be watching the Sharks tomorrow taking on Stav's lot.

We really only watch the Sharks to see AE carry that clusterfuck on his back.

To be to fair, that Stompies games last week was far worse for 65 minutes. That may have been the worst 3/4 of a game I've seen this year.
