Did he come out on top when he shut down the government and had to suffer the humiliation of opening it again without getting a single cent of funding for his stupid wall?
Did Bozo come out on top when the entire United Nations openly laughed him off the stage?
Did he come out on top when he expressed his love for Kim Jon-Un only to later find out that Rocket Man was rebuilding a missile launch site instead of dismantling it as he promised?
Did he come out on top when he promised Mexico would pay for the wall?
Did he come out on top when the trade deficit hit a 10 year high?
Did Bozo come out on top when he declared ISIS "defeated" and started withdrawing troops only for ISIS to kill some Americans and troops had to be hastily redeployed?
