He's rescinded Trump's decision for America to leave the WHO. He's announced climate change is going to be a major issue for his administration and his intention for America to rejoin the Paris agreement. Reaffirmed his commitment America security alliance with Japan in the the face of Chinese provocations over the disputed Senkaku islands and reaffirmed America's commitment to freedom of movement through the South China sea. Already stood up to Putin more than Trump did in the entire 4 years and confirmed an extension of the START treaty positive move. He's also announced his intentions to try to achieve higher numbers of vaccinations. He's also addressed discrimination against trans-gender people by allowing them to serve in the military and ensure children regardless of sex have access to school sports. But of course the far right wing have to laser focus in on the so called end of women's sport something they have been shite-ing on about from the 1970's and deliberately refuse to look at the bigger picture. I'm actually not in favor of trans-women competing in competitive sports as they will generally have an advantage over non trans-women but have no issue in them partaking in school sports otherwise but if it becomes an issue in competitive sport then it can legislated for at a latter time, but if you have an issue with trans people just be honest and come out and say it and stop hiding behind this end of women's sport bullshit argument.
Now look none of what Biden has done so far means a whole lot, its the long term that counts, so far its pretty standard stuff from him but if these where the actions of Trump he would be proclaiming them as the greatest thing since slice bread.
And if no one is interested in Biden, well good I'll take that over the perverse fascination people had with Trumps antics (both his opponents and supporters) A bit of normality and civility is just what the doctor ordered after Trumps 4 years in charge.

Only, it's not sex discrimination, it's not giving preferential treatment to a very small minority. It's absurd to the extreme. This is a clear cut case of a minority's freedom of choice/expression is in direct conflict with the freedom of choice/expression of the majority. This shouldn't even be an issue...a case can be made for athletes like Caster Semenya, but men/boys competing as women/girls is simply dishonest...saying it's OK to lie.
You have got the wrong way around Dbraad, the majority of people support trans people being given the same treatment (not preferential treatment) and opportunities as anyone else. Its the minority that oppose it.
We are not just talking about sports, we are talking discrimination across society, such as trans people being barred from serving in the military.
My issue with trans women competing against women in in competitive sport such as say running and swimming is that in general they will have an unfair psychical advantage, I wouldn't call that a lie, but I would call it unfair. Its somewhat less clear cut in team sports like say women's hockey.
As far as I'm aware some states in America have allowed trans women to compete in sports since the 1970's and it hasn't lead to the end of womens sports. Somewhere between 0.4% to 1.8% of America's population identify as trans, of course that's probably evenly split between trans men and women, and only a small proportion of those people trans women would look to participate in competitive sports, a lot of them would that may consider entering sports would likely be put off from doing some by the publicity it would generate.
It is a potential issue down the road, but right now to say stuff like Biden has ruined women's sports is just a load of exaggerated hyperbolic nonsense.
As for being against it, because you believe its saying "its OK to lie", you must of been up in arms about the insane amount of lies coming Donald Trump sprouted on a regular basis.
The bone structure developed as a male never goes away.....trans women are a separate category, just like the blade runners. They should have their own contests or logically they should compete in the harder of the two contests....ie against other competitors born male.
