With respect to dictatorship there are people who see the real threat of a dictatorship and are against it.   The Democrats has the ability to convince the media about issues,   What dictatorial trends they are guilty of - they accuse the Republicans are doing ithe same things

Since Biden became President his Asdministration went bananas.   They undermined the USA.  Constitution and  laws - they ignore or undermine the Courts of Law.    There ae many examples of it  so lets just quiote a few:-

*    Biden ruled by issuing mandates - many more than Obama or Trump ever did.   These are supposedd to be considered by Congress within 6 months  - none of his are.

*    The election legislation they proposed - like the voting law is Unconstitutional and patently illegal.   Some examples are the proposed election law more related to dictatorial Government methods to ensure they win fake elections.   What the Democrats propose will not be tolerated in countries with democratic constitutions - eg voter registration without identification and proof of citizenship- voting without identification and harvesting of votes for 14 days after election date by Party Agents - those were all methods used by Stalin and co to remain in power.   

*     They blatantly undermine the Police not under Federal control by cutting back police operational funding leading to a spiral in crime - especially in cites the crime rate is basically out of control.   Too augment that the Democratic Party elected District Attorneys refuse to prosecute even murderers and they let the arrested people free faster than it take for the Police to arrest them.

*     They are using the Stalinist method of indoctrination of even want to even report their parents for anything they say and do that would not be acceptable to regime - and the copy of Stalinist methods.    In the end they want to replace parenthood and want it to be done by the Government and parents are being called "domestic terrorists" if they object to that and the Justice Department asked the FBI to go for the parents involved in organizing such meetings.      

*      All power must be concentrated in the Federal Government despite the fact that the whole concept  of the USA is based on a federal system,  

*       They now want to institute a new army of 87 000 armed people in the IRS for what purpose?   That type of thing would not be tolerated in any Democratic country, since the Police or existing judicial services could handle the judicial part of recovery of taxes.     The new "army" will be recruited from people with links to the BLM and Antifa - subsidiaries of the Democratic Party.   Their only reason for existence is to oppress any opposition  to he Democratic Party regime.      

There are many other examples of what the Democrats want to do - their general strategy is  absolute control over people and preventing them to take decisions on their own as to their lives.

However, the Republicans are the first US party that has tried to reject the will of the people. 

Led by Trump and his "associates", the Republicans tried to overturn the election. (e.g. fake electors, forcing government officials to try "find" votes that don't exist so he can win etc, etc). Many Republicans went along with this. 

If the Republicans get back into power they will not give it up next time. 

I suspect this speech is to get America ready to prepare for some changes:

1. Trump arrests (First US president to go to jail)

2. Co-conspirator arrests.

3. A shakeup in the Supreme court to replace some members, and perhaps add more representatives. 

4. Removing the electoral vote, where it just becomes a majority vote.
Most of the population lives in big cities, so it does not make sense for desolate rural areas to have the same ratio of voting power.

The Republicans have not won the popular vote for something like 30 years, so they would have to change their ideology to be representative of a larger % of the population. 

If the Democrats get rid of the electoral vote, that will ensure the only way the Republicans ever win again, is by changing from what it is now.

The war could have been averted if it was not the incitement of Ukraine by the USA to continue to defy the Minsk agreement signed in 2015 - which included the need for a new Constitution for  Ukraine and which included  provisions for a federal system to prevent the attacks on Russian civilians living in the Ukraine. 

Ukraine had no Constitution after the 2014  coup organized and funded by the USA.    The Minsk agreement aimed at stabilizing of Governance in Ukraine and protection fo the ights o all residents.   However, between 2015 and 2022  the attacks of Russin speaking coitizens were constant - laeading to thousands of eople being killed by especially the Azov batallion of the Ukraine army.     The Russians dd not want war and Putin was one of the signatories oof the agreement.

There was no improvement in place in place.    Aside  from murder of civilians by the Azov battalion, the new Government  banned use of  Russian as a language in schools and arrested the Russia speaking members of the Ukraine Parliament  in January 2022.   That was crazy - since about 5-% of the Ukraine population are  actually ethnc Russians.   Since then the nw Ukraine Government has banned all Opposition Parties in the country - so for all intents and purposes Ukraine is now a dictatorship.

One has to look at why the USA is sabotaging peace negotiations.   One has to go back to the USA and potentially the Biden regime.   The Government and Biden is very unpopular nd the country is unstable - everything Biden touches ended up in shit.   It is a war situation that would draw people's attention away from their daily miseries such as inflation, criminaliy, the open border policy and other issues - especially runaway expenditure by the Government.
