For instance the Russian Hoax was NOT a conspiracy theory since it was based on manufactured lies of he Democrats and the media. So your comments on the so called conspiracy theories above - ignoring of written and factual proof proven documentation - are based on the new interpretation of conspiracy theories in the USA ignoring fact and based on lies and false propaganda.

The media has denied us involvement - yet there is video evidence to the effect that the USA took the final decision as to who should be in the Interim Government of Ukraine. Not only that the Constitution of Ukraine approved by a referendum held in Ukraine was discarded by the USA and the new Ukraine Government.the Russian speaking residents was under serious threat and a civil war broke out in Eastern Ukraine. Merkel and Macon triede to end the War in Ukraine and that led to the Minsk agreement sigbed by the then President of Ukraine, and the Presidents of Grmany France, and Russia - as well as the Representatives of teh Russian rebels in Eastern Ukraine. It was submitted to the Security Council of the UN and approved by the Council. The Agreement basically provided for -
* the recognition of the 2015 borders of Ukraine as internationally legitimate;
* the compilation of a new federal constitution of Ukraine and (like was the case in 1991 a referendum be held to approve the Constitution new Constitution for Ukraine; and
* Ukraine was not to become a member of NATO.
The Minsk Agreement was not a not a conspiracy theory it was an undisputable fact. However, under the Obama Administration it was obviosuly regarded as an obstacle of how the situation in Ukraine could eb changed for the better. By 2015 the USA becaqme a major funder of the new Ukraine Government and the faqct is that if the us Government want to imlement that agreement they could put it as a conition for further funding - if Biden can insist that the Ukraine government should fire the Prosecutor investigating corruption in Burisma by threatening withholding of a loan guarantee for $1 billion - why could they not insist that the Minsk agreement approved by the Security Council be implemented?
Now back to 2019 - Zelenskyy in his campaign promised the voters that he would negoitiate a peace deal with Russia and the Eastern Ukraine rebels - also a fact. Within six months after Zelenskyy\s inauguration Senator Menendez visited Ukraine and that was the end of the promise of Zelenskyy - shortly after that the Ukraine government banned the use of Russian in Ukraine schools and also banning teaching of Russian in Ukraine schools - that was a direct beach of the Minsk Agrement.and with the Civil War becoming more intense - by then there were over more than 18 000 deaths (mostly civilians) - many of those were in fact killed by the infamous Asov Barttalion -- an example being in Mariopol and Odessa. In Odessa there were a worker protest meeting by the trade union it had nothing to do with the Civil War. The Asov Battalion fired on the protestors and they fled into the wooden building of the Union. The Asocv Battalion then put the building on fire and when people trie to eascxape frm the fire the shot the esacapees. More than a 1000 people were killed, The matter was referred to the UN and a declaration was passed that the Asov Battalion is to be regarded as a mercenary and terrorist organization. That outs the USA in a jam and they issued an instruction that no weapons would be provided to the battalion. The Battalion was then incorporated into the Ukraine Army and the flow of weapons to them continued.
In January 2022 the Governments in Europe feared that the War in Ukraine was imminent.- Macron went to Moscow and Kiev in a desperate effort to avoid a war. Putin told him his only requirement was the implementation of the Minsk Agreement and a new agreement as to implementation was compiled and signed by Putin. Macron then took the document to Kiev and Zelenskyy signed it to. The week after that Boris Johhnson as UK Prime minister in liaison woth the Biden Admsinistartion that ina War with Russia the USA and UK woul;d provide the emans for Ukraine to win the war.
Before the Invasion of Ukraine took place the Ukraine Parliament passed a unanimous motion condemning a potential attack by Russia. The week after Johnson was in Kiev, Zelenskyy ordered the arrest of all Russian speaking members of the Ukraine Parliament, That ws the final srtraw and the invasion started after Zelesnskyy refused to release the arreswted members.
Those are all proven facts - so it cannot be conspiracy theories - if their were any conspiracy theories they meet the USA interpretation of lies being a basis for conspiracy theories. .
