Special Counsel David Weiss' final report on his years-long investigation into Hunter Biden determined the first son's drug abuse could not explain away not paying taxes on millions of dollars of income earned off of his "last name and connections." 

"As a well-educated lawyer and businessman, Mr. Biden consciously and willfully chose not to pay at least $1.4 million in taxes over a four-year period. From 2016 to 2020, Mr. Biden received more than $7 million in total gross income, including approximately $1.5 million in 2016, $2.3 million in 2017, $2.1 million in 2018, $1 million in 2019 and $188,000 from January through October 15, 2020," Weiss wrote in his final report, which was released Monday. 

"Mr. Biden made this money by using his last name and connections to secure lucrative business opportunities, such as a board seat at a Ukrainian industrial conglomerate, Burisma Holdings Limited, and a joint venture with individuals associated with a Chinese energy conglomerate. He negotiated and executed contracts and agreements that paid him millions of dollars for limited work," Weiss continued. 

Hunter Biden, 54, had a busy year in court last year, when he was convicted of two separate federal cases prosecuted by Weiss. He kicked off his first trial in Delaware in June, when he faced three felony firearm offenses involving his drug use, before pleading guilty in a separate felony tax case in September 2023.

These are not 'inconsequential' or ‘technical’ tax code violations," Weiss wrote. "Nor can Mr. Biden's conduct be explained away by his drug use-most glaringly, Mr. Biden filed his false 2018 return, in which he deliberately underreported his income to lower his tax liability, in February 2020, approximately eight months after he had regained his sobriety. Therefore, the prosecution of Mr. Biden was warranted given the nature and seriousness of his tax crimes.

Hunter has a well-documented history of drug abuse, which was most notably documented in his 2021 memoir, "Beautiful Things." The book walked readers through his previous addiction to crack cocaine, before getting sober in 2019. The memoir featured extensively in his separate firearms case in June, when a jury found him guilty of three felony charges related to his purchase of a gun while addicted to substances. 

The evidence demonstrated that as Mr. Biden held high-paying positions earning him millions of dollars, he chose to keep funding his extravagant lifestyle instead of paying his taxes. He then chose to lie to his accountants in claiming false business deductions when, in fact, he knew they were personal expenses. He did this on his own, and his tax return preparers relied on him, because, among other reasons, only he understood the true nature of his deductions and he failed to give them records that might have revealed that the deductions were bogus," Weiss continued. 

The tax case charges carried up to 17 years behind bars, but the first son would likely have faced a much shorter sentence under federal sentencing guidelines. His sentencing was scheduled for Dec. 16, but he was pardoned by his father, President Biden, earlier that month. 

Hunter Biden's blanket pardon encompassed a decade-period applying to any offenses he "has committed or may have committed" on a federal level. 

Weiss' report also took issue with the president's pardoning of Hunter Biden, specifically with how President Biden characterized prosecutions of Hunter Biden as "selective" and "unfair."

"This statement is gratuitous and wrong," Weiss wrote in his report. "Other presidents have pardoned family members, but in doing so, none have taken the occasion as an opportunity to malign the public servants at the Department of Justice based solely on false accusations." 

"Politicians who attack the decisions of career prosecutors as politically motivated when they disagree with the outcome of a case undermine the public's confidence in our criminal justice system," Weiss wrote in another section of the report. "The President's statements unfairly impugn the integrity not only of Department of Justice personnel, but all of the public servants making these difficult decisions in good faith." 

The DOJ sent Weiss' report to Congress Monday evening, officially bringing the years-long investigation into the first son to a close.'

So what happened in reality indicates that there were serious efforts by the Justice Department covered up te criminal actiities of the Biden Crime Family.  *    The History started in 2018 when Biden on a video bragged how he had the Stete Prosecutor in Ukraine fired by the Ukraine President,   The problem was that the said Prosecutor investigated corruption of the BURISMA company in Ukraine - the C ompany on whos Board Hunter Biden served as  Board Member.    Biden threatened the Ukaine President of witholding $1 billion in foreign aid authorized  by Congress if the invesigation on Burisma continued.  After the UK Government praised the Prosecutor for dealing with Burisma they froze $38 mllion in company assets  held in the UK.   The moment the Prosecutor was fired the UK as forced to reelase the $38 million.

*     The situation became critical for Biden in January 2024 when Hunter took his laptop to a repair shop in Delaware and never despite repeated warnings never turned up to recover the laptop despit repeated warnings,   In terms of normal proceedings the workshop owner could sell the Laptop - but before sale the owner decuded to see what was on he Laptop and it scared the shit out of him and he handed the laptop to the FBI.   efore doing it and knowing how selectiv they were about investigating political crimes he made a copy of he master board.   The FBI did nothing about it for 9 months and the owner handed the Copyy to the New York Post - the paper then contacted the FBI and that is when the shi hit the fan.   In weekly secret meetings with the media and internet platforms  the F BI claimed that the LAPTOP was Russian Disinformation which was a lie.     It soon came out that the FBI tried to censor news on the Laptop - which they never investigated.    In evidence efore he House and Senate when asked about progress with their investigation Wray said he cannot comment on a matter being investogated - another lie,    In the end the Laptop was proved to be real and NOT Russian Disinformation the FBI handed the Laptop to Weiss - who used it extensively of the firearms charges,   

*   When it became clear that the Court cse had o be aborted - the WH lawyers and Justice Department concocted a GUILTY plea on charges against Hunter Biden.   The wording allowed for Hunter being found guilty but not panished for crimes committed as well that all further investigations should be stopped,   In fact the same wording that was contined in Hunter's Guilty plea was used by Biden in his pardon statement.    Th act is that the wording was placing Hunter Biden above the law.   When it ebcame clear that the guilty plea was based n soething never held in the USA - the Judge rejected the guilty plea and the gun charges case continued - it took the Jury 30 mintes of ind Hunter guilty of all charges aginst him.    Hunter had to keep the issue of the Tax Evasion Charges and his father's involvemeent in his business activities out of Court  he plead guilty on those charges,    The senteces was supposed to be announced during December and before that happened  Joe Biden pardoned him - which the Special Council criticized in his report.

*      Bien from the start clied he has nothing to do with his son's businesses activities, but in the end it was  lie.   Joe Biden's name appeared on the laptop and there are hundreds of photos showing him meeting ith Hunter's business partners,    The House started an invetigation of what  Joe Biden's role in Hunter's business activites entails.    IN evey case were Biden used Air Forcce 2 to go to countries as VP - Hunter was on Air Force 2 as well and the latet photos showed where Joe and Hunter Biden was in ameeting with President Zi and also include Hunter's business partners as well.    In other words every country viited by Bien resulted in bribes being paid to the Bidens by crooked companies.    The problem became critical when Musk bought Twitter and found how the WH, the FBI and CIA tried to cover up news that could have negative impacts on the Biden White House and the Democratic Party and now Zuckerman annunced he was ashamed of what his platform fif in censoring dicussion of the criminality involved n censoring news.

*     The House discovered that Joe and Hunter operated at least 25 shelf companies whose only role was to receive bribes from crooked cmpanies,   The Banks found transfer of money from the shelf companies to the Biden Family as moey-laundering ( circas $40 million was involved) and sent advices to the  FBI describing the transfers to the Biden family entails money-laundering - but again the FBI refuse to investigate the payments and usage of the helf companies fo corrupt activities,

*    Biden went into panic mode when Trump won the election and he knew that the FBI will be frced to investigate the Biden family criminal activities and he then issued  the pardon - but he included in it not only the two court cases where  Biden was already found guilty of - but all his activities between January 2014 and Dember 2024.   BIDEN WAS NOT PARDONING HUNTER BIDEN - BUT HE WAS DESPERATE TOS TOP FURTHER INVESTIGATIN TAHT WOULD EXPOSE HIMSELF AS TO HUNTER'S BIDEN ACTIVITIES FROM BEING FURHER INVESTIGATED.

Trump’s win scuppered inquiry, but special counsel’s report says president-elect would probably have been convicted

A special counsel report detailing Donald Trump’s efforts to subvert democracy was released by the justice department early on Tuesday and concluded that the president-elect would have been convicted of crimes over his failed attempt to cling to power in 2020.

However, Trump’s victory in November’s US presidential election scuppered the investigation.

Jack Smith was appointed as special counsel and his report was published after a fierce legal battle by Trump’s team to keep it under wraps. In it, Smith asserts that he believes the evidence would have been sufficient to convict Trump in a trial if his success in the 2024 election had not made it impossible to continue the prosecution into his attempts to stay in the Oval Office despite his electoral loss to Joe Biden in 2020.

Here are some key findings:

1. 1. Trump did not cooperate fully

   Smith laid out the challenges he faced during the investigation, including Trump’s assertion of executive privilege to try to block witnesses from providing evidence, which forced prosecutors into sealed court battles before the case was charged.

   Another “significant challenge” was Trump’s “ability and willingness to use his influence and following on social media to target witnesses, courts, prosecutors”, which led prosecutors to seek a gag order to protect potential witnesses from harassment, Smith wrote.

2. 2. Smith calls allegations of political interference ‘laughable’

   Smith hit back at claims by the president-elect that he pursued the charges for political reasons.

   “While I relied greatly on the counsel, judgment, and advice of our team, I want it to be clear that the ultimate decision to bring charges against Mr Trump was mine. It is a decision I stand behind fully,” wrote Smith, who resigned from the justice department on 10 January.

   He added that “nobody within the Department of Justice ever sought to interfere with, or improperly influence, my prosecutorial decision making.

   “And to all who know me well, the claim from Mr Trump that my decisions as a prosecutor were influenced or directed by the Biden administration or other political actors is, in a word, laughable,” Smith wrote.

3. 3. Trump knew his allegations of voter fraud in the 2020 election were false

   Smith wrote that Trump knew his allegations of fraud in the 2020 election were false – but he continued to make them anyway.

   “Mr Trump’s false claims included dozens of specific claims regarding certain states, such as that large numbers of dead, non-resident, non-citizen, or otherwise ineligible voters had cast ballots, or that voting machines had changed votes for Mr Trump to votes against him. These claims were demonstrably and, in many cases, obviously false,” Smith said.

4. Smith believed Trump should be charged despite supreme court immunity ruling

   Despite a supreme court ruling on presidential immunity, Smith wrote that he believed the charges he filed against Trump still held water.

   He notes that his team was able to secure a superseding indictment from a grand jury after the top court handed down its ruling, which gave Trump immunity for official acts taken as president.

   “The Supreme Court’s decision required the office to reanalyze the evidence it had collected. The original indictment alleged that Mr Trump, as the incumbent president, used all available tools and powers, both private and official, to overturn the legitimate results of the election despite notice, including from official advisors, that his fraud claims were false and he had lost the election.

   “Given the supreme court’s ruling, the office reevaluated the evidence and assessed whether Mr Trump’s non-immune conduct – either his private conduct as a candidate or official conduct for which the office could rebut the presumption of immunity – violated federal 33 laws. The office concluded that it did. After doing so, the office sought, and a new grand jury issued, a superseding indictment with identical charges but based only on conduct that was not immune because it was either unofficial or any presumptive immunity could be rebutted.”

5. 5. Trump is furious

   In a typically incoherent social media post put online in the early hours of Tuesday, Trump’s rage at the release of the report was clear.

   Trump, who returns to the presidency on 20 January, wrote: “Deranged Jack Smith was unable to successfully prosecute the Political Opponent of his ‘boss,’ Crooked Joe Biden, so he ends up writing yet another ‘Report’ based on information that the Unselect Committee of Political Hacks and Thugs ILLEGALLY DESTROYED AND DELETED, because it showed how totally innocent I was, and how completely guilty Nancy Pelosi, and others, were. Jack is a lamebrain prosecutor who was unable to get his case tried before the Election, which I won in a landslide. THE VOTERS HAVE SPOKEN!!!”

As is norml in cases e Judge found 2 fake photos was taken elsewhere and spread by he FBI as what they found at Trump's home - so hey were lying and S mith together with them -he even included one of the phto;s in his latest report.   As per normal in Court cases  Smith and tthe  FBI were instructed that all documents taken by the FBI shouldd be returrned to the court or inspecion by the Trump legal team.    In dealing with the decision the Judge gave Smith as prosecutor and the FBI 14 days tio return he documents and nothing was returned.   Smith and the FBI was ten informed that they r underminng the Court nd gove hem another 14 days tos ubmit ALL documents taken by the FBI  and in the latter 14 days the FBI returned 21 boxes of the 32 boxes of documents  and from the 21 boxes documents was also missing,    The Judge hereupon through out the case and Smith then lodge an appeal against the ruling.   However the latter could be finalized he ithdrew the appeal.  

In the case of the January 6 issue he extensively used the Pelosi Committee findings in his lodging of the case - and that is were te shi hit the fan totally.   The finding was disputed by a 17 000 page report disputing the indings of the Pelosi Committee ws not aimed at criminality - but was bsed on propaganda BS  and the Pelosi Committee went further and destroyed documents on the issue - which was a felony as well.  The House report contained factual information and documentation.as well as the security camera footage of what actually happened on Janury 6 inside the Capitol and confirmed many of the   Biden and DP administration.   One example was a lie about rioter killing 5 polico officers - when in fact there were NO poltical Officers killed or injured by the trespasses.    It also revealed how Pelosi and tGeneral Milley concocted a scheme to ignore the Trump istruction  to use the National Guad to guard the Capitol,    The ever-drunk Pelosi afterwards admitteded she was wrong to undermine Trump's instrcution to use the National Guard to protect the Capitol.    But the FBI had other ideas         end result was that the Smith Report was utter BS based on propaganda lies - nothing more,   The BS would not get past the front door of any court and Smith withdrew his charges against Trump as a result.
