Did he not also suggest that during President Trump's term that their would be a major virus/medical issue that the President would have to deal with.

Not when viruses were created in laboratories like happened with with Covid. I do not believe the lies in the media - the USA funded the research in Wuhan and Dr Death lied about it in the Senate -but he is a protected species in the media. and some idiots believe the BS they spread.
There are a number of facts available and those include that the research in the Wuhan labratiry entailed "gain in function" research and there are literally covered and proved in many documents that Dr Faucci lied about. The research was funded by the USA - because research of that nature was in 2014 forbidden by Obama and he lifted the ban two weeks before he left the Presidency.
The initial lies that the virus came from infected animals sold at the Wuhan wet market - what was not mentioned was that the said market situated about 600 meters laboratory was in fact a fish market. Initially the researchers in Hong Kong claimed that the virus could not develop in nature and that was confirmed by the Indian Research Institute involved and even the Nbel Prize winner for development of the polio vaccine claimed that it coudl never be a natually developed virus.
However, when Trump started investiogating the issue relating to the Wuhan Laboratory it became clear that the covid Virus came from the said laboratory - the only question was whether it leaked by accident and nobody said it was deliberately released. Bidens topped the investigation and no report was released as to the outcome of the investigation. Why should that be?

I have friends in China, Covid has impacted them the same if not more than western countries, why would they unleash this intentionally when it has been a major disaster for them?
Covid was a man managed virus engineered in China and funded by the USA (Dr Death and his gang).
It has been proven that the virus originated in Wuhan Lab, but how it made the its way into the general population will forever be unknown unless we have a whistleblower speak out or have then already been forever silenced.
Agree most breakouts and illnesses as you mentioned do occur naturally but this virus was man made in Wuhan without a doubt by man.

The question remains why is that kind of gain of function research even allowed in countries like China and Ukraine and helped along by the US Government funding. Even if the idea was noble and considered to be in the future interest of humankind by some people like Dr Death Faucci - it is still dangerous and if not properly controlled could have vast negative impact on humans like happened in the case of Covid.
