I am sure we are on opposite sides of the Trump issue. Instead of really help themselves the left wing news agencies pump out hundreds of insignificant issues which have no real impact on policy and implications on people.
There process started with what is commonly known as the Russian Hoax story which you regularly reproduced on site and which went nowhere - so now they are on the racist chant.
The problem is the left wing media is being played like a violin by Trump. He actually encouraged it as cheap advertisement for himself - because most Americans are sick and tired of the rubbish they have been fed over the past three years, Although I normally distrust opinion polls 68% of Americans are saying that the Democratic Party House is not doing the job they have been elected to do. They are fed up with the constant Trump obsession and the fact is the legislation process has come to a virtual dead stop because of that.
I think Iogical people will support the opponent to Trump in the 2020 election - but all the DP prospective candidates are totally inadequate and really stupid. Because they do not have an economic alternative they have now veered to extreme Socialism as a policy alternative and I am afraid they are going nowhere.
I think "light bulb" issues does not impact on the wider and more important issues that the American people face.
Obviously you are entitled to express your opinions on site and so is everybody else. I just explained t he real context of the issue - over-regulation is an abomination in my view. I worked for more than 50 years as a public servant in various state institutions in SA and is fully aware the impact of the public service has on life of people. You may say it does not apply - but public servants all through the world use the same approach. Costly and ineffective - they revive on the control of people through stupidity based on over regulating of things. The DP tries to govern by regulation and they are really in effective as the case is in SA.
Trump was speaking in Baltimore and he knows what happened in that city, That is why the people of Baltimore live in an environment that Bernie Sanders described as an abomination - yet when Trump raised the same issue he was attacked as a racist.
I would really like a debate on principles rather than silly incidents to form the basis of discussion. I sometimes ignore issues raised by Beeno and sometimes ridicule his statements.
In essence I hate big Government and that is why I tend to support some aspects of Trump policies to eliminate needless legislation and regulation coupled to exorbitant costs attached to inefficient government service all over the world.
