That laptop was passed on to the FBI near to 2 years before the publication of excerpts by the New York Post. The FBI put a ban on further investigation of the laptop and when they found out that copies of the hard drive existed, they got 52 ex-CIA agents to write a letter claiming the hard drive were Russian Disinformation and in their weekly meetings with the media and internet platforms stated that the laptop is Russian Disinformation that should be silenced.
When some documents that was sent from the laptop to business partners of the Biden's in the Baltic countries surfaced in Sweden - there were some media that realized the laptop was used by Hunter in liaison with Joe Biden and was not Russian Disinformation. However, the FBI refused to investigate the criminal activities exposed on the laptop, As recently as 3 months ago in the Senate under oath the FBI lied about the investigation and said an investigation si under way and it is not possible to comment on progress at this stage, It was in fact a le and was exposed by a whistleblower that the so-called head of the investigation did nothing about it and the relevant FBI official resigned. To date there has been no investigation by the FBI and nobody has been questioned as to obvious illegal activities by the FBI.
Based on the above there are two problems here, namely -
* the protection afforded to Biden and the Democrats by the FBI and refusal to investigate of the Biden crime family proving that the FBI became a subsidiary of the Democratic Party and is not a policing organization anymore; and
* a real crime investigation needs to be enforced by the courts - otherwise nothing will be done by the FBI.
The problem will probably lead to strengthening of the move by many Democrats to prevent Biden from running for President n 2024. The more the matter is delayed the more info becomes available from the laptop. However, the Democrats have a problem - every potential candidate they have to replace Biden is worst when it comes to criminality. Every one of the potential candidates are either even worse than Biden when it comes to subservience to China. Not surprising since the candidature is to be approved by the ultra-rich who control the Democratic Party. Biden was their choice in 2020 on the basis of him being a willing puppet and due to criminality as easily controlled by them as Biden is - who will it be in 2024?
The political clique in the FBI who run the organization needs to be dismantled and the whole management of the FBI fired. Fact is the agency will probably have to be dismantled and restructured as a crime fighting utility operating independently from political loyalty to any future US Presidents or political party control.

The valuable CIA and FBI agent providing info on Russia was Steele and the FBI moaned about his loss to them after the Dossier compiled by him on request of Clinton and the DNC, the FBI moaning was in the court case where the FBI was in fact on trial and not the chap who provided the info contained in the Steele Dossier. That Dossier usage to spy on US citizens is going to cost the FBI dearly. Equally are their weekly meetings with the media and internet platforms to ensure that info detrimental to the Democrats be censured. My feeling is they are toast and in deep trouble.
