I got some great news for all of us Trump supporters regarding the Omnibus spending bill. There are two types of funding from congress. "Discretionary Spending" and "Mandatory Expenditures" all funding falls under one of these.
Military funding falls under "Discretionary Spending" and Trump gets to decide what those funds will be spent on as long as it is for National Defense, what he spends it on is his and only his decision. So, as a matter of National Defense, Trump can take 21 billion dollars of the military funding, and build the Wall!
That is right folks! Trump has already signaled that is his intent! He flat out said so today!
