A big shift in global economics is now arising since Liberation Day. The petrodollar era is on its last legs; America is no longer a trusted partner or a stable country. Countries are talking about dumping U.S. Treasury debt and are increasingly seeking to trade in different currencies.
Trump may get the blame, but it was America that voted him in for a second time. It was American politicians who allowed oligarchs to form due to decreasing competition from competitor mergers, which has created a top-heavy system—and an economy that optimises for shareholder profits instead of the majority.
Trump's latest antics are to try colonise Greenland, in addition to announcing plans like the DonRoe which means America takes control of the Western hemisphere. (While also trading with the east and mid-world as an open free market).

I think all countries should announce counter tariffs and limit trade with America to ensure Trump crashes and burns in the mid-term elections. That will turn him into a lame duck. However, going forward Europe needs to derisk from the US, and start booting out their economies.
