I stay with my statement and that is that the Democrats and Republicans involved in bribery and corruption are afraid that if he wins the 2024 election Trump would clear out the protection racket operated by the FBI and Justice Department and that will endanger too many real politicians and bureaucrats involved in racketeering, insider trading and corruption - real and documented crimes which are not investigated at present by the FBI in a desperate effort to prevent having to charge criminals with real crimes they have committed.
This case would never be finalized by the end of 2024 so all it is another election farce that can be used for propaganda purposes next year. In such cases the State must prove that person charged is guilty - but in th e USA politics it is otherwise when it comes to Republicans and Nancy said the obvious - but it is not that easy - the court cases will drag on for the next 18 months and the charge was laid to have a election propaganda issue to be used against Trump.
