The problem has other angles as well.   Macron is under serious political pressure and the major problem is the result of US undermining the economic interest of anyone - even the US themselves.   There are two things wrong having Biden as puppet president of the USA - acting on instructions given to him by the ultra-rich in the USA.   A number of reasons for that statement are -

*    Biden knows that Biden is a totally incompetent idiot suffering from increasing dementia who takes instructions from Gates on the Green Policy of the administration and from Soros as to maintenance of law and order in the USA.

*     Biden and the other senior politicians in the USA have long histories of corruption that causes them with disgust of many leaders worldwide - they preach against corruption in Government but that does not apply to the USA politicians;

*     The Biden maladministration is weak and clueless - with the result that the world has become an unstable place forcing other countries to look for alternative alliances from both economic and political perspectives.

The fact is that Macrin himself is not a fan of the corrupt Biden crowd.  Two examples of those are -

*     the USA undermining a 32 submarine deal that was negotiated between France and Australia and France and replacing it with 8 nuclear powered submarines to be provided by the USA; and

*    the destruction of the French peacemaking efforts of to prevent the Ukraine War by the USA - Europe does not want a war in Ukraine - especially not a war against Russia - while the USA for their own reason is promoting a war against Russia; and 

*    the economic consequences of the Ukraine war on the wider communities in EU countries, resulting in voters voting out political leaders favoring the leftist agendas in countries.  

In the world respect for the USA is declining rapidly.    The USA is weakened by the internal strife in that country and the consequential mismanagement of the economy of the country.   While claiming the USA is promoting  the corruption endemic Democratic Party is at war with the US Constitution
