I can remember the happy days that some poster have had since the charges were laid against Trump. The chares were all bogus without any substance and the signs early on was bad, bu I would deal with the issue later.
With the charges be showing signs of collapsing the Democratic Party with their disdain and hatred of Democracy tried to get Trump off the ballot based on nothing bar BS allegations - first in Colorado and then in Maine. The same stunt were tried in a number of States as well - but in some cases court cases rule that what the Democrats are up to is total and utter BS. However, the Democrats were hoping that the Supreme Court would support their BS. On appeal the Supreme Court decided unanimously that the action to remove Tr5ump from the ballot was illegal and unconstitutional. One can now expect another stunt by the Democrats and that is to accuse the Supreme Court of a wrong ruling - and that they are going to change the situation by court packing.
No back to the fake Court Charges:=
* The case in New York has turned into a farce and the DP elected Judge suddenly found him totally out of touch of reality - there was nobody who laid a fraud complaint - nobody lost any money and the bank supposed to be dealt with fraudulently in evidence said they had a great relationship with Trump and would like to do business with him in future. There were zero evidence of fraud - bar what the corrupt DA produced. The matter is now going to a federal court on appeal and one can expect that the farce may lead to the debarment of both the Soros supported DA and the judge and aside from that they are going to pay Trumps legal expenses as well, They would not have the money to pay up so the taxpayers will have to pay the costs of the phony charges. .
The second case was the one in Georgia where the Fulton County DA laid charges that nobody could make up what the charges entail. The DA first appointed her married lover as Special Council to investigate the Trump case - he was totally incompetent and had no experience t deal with complicated legal issues - but that wa no problem - they consulted the WH to help them to lay charges, That led .to fake charges and the DA went on a spending spree and on luxury holidays with her lover. So the case itself is collapsing and the presiding judge will deal with the issue this week.
Now we get to the supreme case where Special Council Smith against Trump. The DP is trying to get the whole process in courts completed before the November election. Smith tried to get a Supreme Court ruling on the issue of immunity and the Supreme Court send him packing and give him a lecture on jurisprudence procedures in the USA. Smith then went to a federal court which ruled that the matter could only be decided by the Supreme Court. So the Supreme Curt said hey will hear the case - but when they heard about that decision of the Supreme Court - the media supporters of the D P went ballistic - knowing that the Special Council cases will not be finalized by November 2024.
Why the latter - the Democratic Party's idea to use court cases to undermine the democratic election by judicial means ae going up in smoke and they cannot accept it
