Dmitry Medvedev

This is the former president of Russia on Twitter, and now one of Putin's lapdogs.
I am surprised he is allowed to post on a Western social media, given his comments.

I know little about him until recently, but by all accounts he is a Nazi

You do not know the history of ancient Russia.    Kiev or a while was ruled by Rurikid princes.   Russia was in turmoil and Rurik -  allegedly came from Sweden on request of certain Russian chieftains invited  to restore order to  Russia and  buildt a new city called Novgorod as his capital.Kiev was an important link to trade with Russia and his sone moved to Kiev for that reaszon.    In 1340 the Mongol leader Tamberlake conquered the Major areas and ended  near to Vienna.    Because Moscow was remote and not subject to similar problms with the Golden Hoard Kiev became a empty shell - all its  residents were sent into slavery and after the Tamberlak threa was ended the head-office of the Orthodox church moved to Mosow.  and the Grand Prin ce of Vladimir became the tax collector of the Golden Hoard.   As was the case in all prncipalities in Russia Rurikid princes ruled a large number of principalities  and Kiev bec ame part of Poad for centuries thereafter.    The ruling Prince of Moscow was recogniseed as Grand Prince of Vladimir The Principlaity of Moscow was in the 1300's circa 600 square meters in size and gradually expanded its area normally through mariiriage contractds or evden war.   That went on until Ivan III - called the Gatherer of the Russian Lands got autonomy over the other Princelings and incorporated their territories into Moscow.    Under him the European component of Russia of today became part of the Principality of Moscow.    At this stage wsaht is known as  Ukraine today as part of Poland.  - while the eastern part of Ukraine was controlled by the Sultinate of the Crimea.      Technically Medvedev referred to the era ended in 1340 and sine then for the next 400 plus years Kiev was part of the Polish Kindgdom.   So a highly dubious remark.
